Nuestra casa de cinco habitaciones está ubicada en un lote premium con vista a un lago y está cómodamente amueblada. We had an amazing time here, the property was as described, clean and comfortable beds. The kitchen was nice and big and had everything you could want and need, even for a family of 5 adults. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub with lake view.

Beautiful, updated home!

We had a wonderful time. As somone who has owned a vacation home in Florida and rented one many times, this checked one of my biggest concerns, it is as great as the pictures! If you like what you see, you will like it better in person! I loved the pool area as well, lots of privacy, which isn't a given in Windsor Hills. Owner was very attentive, providing clear direction and made the arrival and departure a breeze. My questions were answered quickly as well. My best compliment - we will be back!
We had a visitor while enjoying morning coffee on the lanai!

Absolutely Perfect—Best Florida Rental Yet!

We have been coming to Florida every February for the past 10 years, and this home is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the tastefully updated décor to the many extras that made our stay so comfortable.The kitchen was fully stocked, including a blender and crockpot—perfect for home-cooked meals. The host even provided essentials like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and extra toilet paper, which was a much-appreciated touch. The organized welcome kit made settling in a breeze!The backyard was a dream—beautiful views over the lake, a lovely heated pool (with heat included!), and plenty of space to relax. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable, and there was more than enough room for our whole group to eat outside together. We even had space to host guests, making our stay even more enjoyable!The short walk to the clubhouse was convenient, but honestly, we hardly wanted to leave the house! The home theater with incredibly comfortable recliners was a huge hit, and the kids had a blast with the pinball machine and karaoke.Every piece of furniture, including the beds, was extremely comfortable—we all slept so well. It’s clear that the host goes above and beyond, as they were kind and always willing to help in any way possible.This home is perfect for a family vacation, and we cannot wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

A Truly Magical Add-On

This property was absolutely everything advertised! We stayed with extended family (our family of 5, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, and my other sister-in-law and her husband) and we had plenty of room for everyone! We all (everyone from our 6 year old son to my 70+ year old mother-in-law) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! And the connectivity between the kitchen/living room area and the outdoor living/pool area was really wonderful. Additionally, the proximity to Disney seems like it couldn't be much better. Our drive into the parks took only 10-15 minutes, and was very easy. The property is also very close to Walmart and many restaurants, which made food runs convenient and quick. Not sure we are up for doing the chaos of Disney again, but our son is already advocating for us to just go and stay at this house! Thanks, Tom for a great stay!

Relaxing!

The house was exactly as pictured, pool and hot tub were wonderful and we all enjoyed the theatre/game room. Beds were very comfy and great communication with Tom. We would definitely stay again!

Disney Vacation

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is very close to all Disney properties. Grocery stores are near by. The house itself was great. We didn’t have any issues. We really enjoyed the spa and pool. The game room/theater was was a bonus. Overall the house had everything we needed and we would stay again.

Good times

All was as advertised and very clean. Great location for going to all the Disney parks. One suggestion there were only two dishwasher soap tabs , two laundry tabs and two garbage bags . I would suggest charging a few bucks more put enough for the whole stay . That saves going to Walmart and buying more than you need. Just a thought. Otherwise a very nice property. Thanks

Space and nice

Big house with lots to do in rain or shine. Great game room, pool and jacooz, lots of BRs gave everyone privacy and nice kitchen. Close to all Disney properties and about 20 mins to Universal. Wold def come back to this house again.

Great find

This was a great find and really nice property for my family. The check in process was seamless. So close Disney world and Universal studios . Tom and Cisco were very responsive, the house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is exactly as described . I would love to spend a couple of weeks here every year !! We had a wonderful week. Thank you Tom and Cisco.

Great place

We stayed at the property for a week family trip to Disney. Very close to the parks, a Walmart. (order ahead and pick up when you get there), Starbucks and easy access all around. The house is well kept and has working amenities as described. Tom was great responsive and gets an A plus for communication.

You'd be a fool not to rent this house!

We traveled with two families - 3 adults, 6 kids in distant learning. House was fantastic! Exactly as pictured. Both Tom (the owner) and Cisco (the property manager) were nice to work with. The pool, spa and lanai were lovely and the kids loved using them after their virtual learning school days. The community pool was fun as well. Great location to the theme parks and shopping. The only hiccup we had was somehow the internet connection failed and it took a couple of days to diagnose but we managed with hot spots, etc. and Tom and Cisco worked diligently to remedy. The game room was wonderful - many high scores set on the Jurassic pinball machine. This is a very well thought out vacation rental for families. I would recommend that the pillows, sheets and towels be replaced with high quality/higher thread count to truly become a luxury rental - I had read the previous reviews and brought our own pillows and I was glad I did. But with all that said I wouldn't hesitate to recommend renting this lovely home! If you can, take advantage of distant learning and do school poolside and theme parks on the weekends! We loved sunny Florida and are sad to be back in our wet cold Virginia!

Excellent, clean home

This house is perfect for a family vacation. The home is incredible clean and there is a ton of room. It is 10 minutes to the Disney Parks, with the benefits of a home to relax at once you get back for the day. The kids loved the pool and the game room. We have stayed twice now and can't wait to come back!

Perfect for teens!

This house was perfect for our family! We had two adults and four boys, ages 17, 16, 14, and 11. The game room was a huge hit! It was nice to have a private pool and hot tub but still have the option to use the larger community pool. We also enjoyed the other community amenities, including the gym, game room, and basketball court. Tom was quick to respond to any questions and did all he could to ensure we had a great time. When we realized the community charged for basketball rental, he had three brand new basketballs delivered to the house that day! We would recommend this house to anyone and hope to visit again!

Book Now!!! No "Admin Fees", Comfortable Beds and Premium Everything!

This home ranks in my top three stays in Florida. The property Owner was amazing and super responsive. No hidden fees or the famous "Admin Fees". Here are my Pros and Cons. PROs No Hidden "Admin Fees"! Comfortable Mattress(Each bed room has a different firmness) Premium Appliances (Stove, Refrigerator, Oven, Shower Very Clean Home Salt-Water Pool Game Room/Theater (My Favorite part) Sonos sound system throughout the home including the Pool Area. CONs (more Recommendations if anything) Update Grill (wasn't bad just didn't fit in with the other premium amenities) Update Library- Books could use a refresh. Older titles.

Wonderful!!

The house was awesome, everyone was so happy there. All of the extras, were great! Only complaint is the mattresses and the pillows were not so luxurious like the rest of the property. Both my husband and I have sore necks. Overall aside from the bed we would definitely still come back for another stay.
