Lo esperado,y un poco más

Instalaciones en muy buen estado, mucha comodidad y calidez de quienes nos atendieron. Un lugar para descansar, disfrutar, y además es un gran punto de logística para visitar los parques temáticos

MUY RECOMENDABLE !!!

Todo estuvo muy bien. El condominio Windsor HIlls es muy agradable y tranquilo. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el mismo lugar aun que en diferente departamento. Es muy recomendable para familias.

ME SIENTO DESILUSIONADO CON ESTA ELECCION QU REALICE, LLEGUE AL WINDOR HILLS A LA MADRUGADA Y EN LA PORTERIA DE SEGURIAD EL GUARDIA NO SABIA EN QUE LUGAR TENIA RESERVADO MI HOSPEDAJE, LOGICO LOS ENCARGADOS DE LA RESERVA NO MANDARON ESTA INFORMACION, ES UN CONJUNTO MUY GRANDE Y LOGICAMENTE UN SOLO VIGILANTE NO SABE DE ESTO, GRACIAS A DIOS SE LOGRO ENTRAR DESPUES DE 2 HRS EN LA PORTERIA DE VIGILANCIA Y LUEGO DE LLAMAR AL ASESOR DE HOTELES.COM. We found this property to be adequate. It is a nice area and the basics are there. They don't need to go the extra mile to make this a much nicer visit, but just a few feet. Need dish cloths, carpets/floors need to be thoroughly cleaned (my white socks were literally almost black after one evening), no laudry soap but they politely ask to get laundry started, very thin towels, patio door lock was stuck so we could not use the nicely screened patio, no salt and pepper shakers, standing water in the master tub after usage (very slow drain). Simple maintence items. That said, we would stay again in this unit with those tweeks.

Clean and had most amenities we needed

Very close to restaurants and grocery. Traffic is a bear. Had an issue with the locking mechanism but we made it work. So close to theme parks

Quick vacation getaway

The place was fine- furnishings are a little dated. Check-in is a little slow ( Security guards vs customer service reps) and line at gate was long.. would recommend avoiding late Friday evening. Convenient to everything Disney..shopping Walmart, Target, etc. and dining..

Was expecting a King bed in one room. Only had 2 queens and 2 twin size beds. Was difficult sleeping because I am a rather tall person and I am used to the extra length. Other than that the condo was good. A little outdated but for a rental not too bad. Also no wifi was available. Unit was there but was not plugged in or working.

Good stay for the value & location.

The welcome staff at the gate were very nice. The instructions and suggestions provided upon arrival were useful. The unit is in good shape. Everything works & is clean. The amenities are sufficient. For us, it had just what we needed: enough space & in the right location for our plans. The only thing that could improve is if they informed you up front that they would not provide shampoo/conditioner. The bed in the master in Room 402 is inordinately firm and might be difficult for some people. We dealt with it and some Advil.

Nice condo

We enjoyed the 3 bedroom condo very much. We reserved the condo over a year in advance and got a great rate. The condo was a good fit for us and we will do it again. The security and office staff were wonderful. Very helpful! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Nice condo with no supplies

Plan to bring everything you need. Only 2 rolls of TP provided, one dishwashing pod, no tissues. Exactly 6 towels, plates, bowls. No cookie sheet or other bakeware. Washer and dryer, but no detergent provided. Unit was newer and had nice finishes.

Nice Place!

Really liked it here. Was very quiet, nice place and spacious enough for our family of five for a week. Couldn't beat the price for the place. The kitchen could have been a little more equipped to make food prep a little easier, but overall this was a great stay. Initially had trouble with TV's and the wifi wouldn't work for us but we were visiting family and Disney Parks so weren't there a lot anyway.

well worth trying this place, limited facilities, nice pool and you can get a cold beer, Small games room and cinema, safe and secure, and easy parking Lots of local stores and takeaway food, must have a car for this facility Local booking manager David very helpful and efficient

Resort amenities were good but...

The condo was pretty rough. The toilet in one bathroom woudnt flush properly, the towels were threadbare and linen slightly stained. Carpets need cleaning and stretching. Whole condo needs paint. Not enough dishes and cutlery for a 3 bedroom place. Owners could definitely put some money back into their investment.

Trip from hell...

We rented a 3 bedroom suite for a family of 5. My wife and myself were in the Master, my mother-n-law and daughter were in another room and finally, my son was in a room to his self. Despite the horrible weather, we enjoyed the pool and movie theater that were on the hotel grounds for two days. Our issue started on day 3 when my Mother-n-law noticed a bed bug on the wall in her bedroom. My daughter started complaining of bites on her hand. I captured the bug in a plastic bag and we brought it down to main office. They told us that we needed to contact Funquest directly, which we did. The manager that answered the phone at Funquest seemed unfazed and unapologetic that our unit had bugs. He offered us a "comparable" unit in another building. We visited the new unit which was smaller and outdated. I called Funquest back and was told that it was the same square footage and the only unit they had left. We went back and forth about the issue and I was told that I could request a partial refund from Expedia minus the two days and a cleaning fee. We were beyond outraged. We contacted Expedia, who contacted Funquest to see if something else could be done. No such luck... We washed our clothes, packed our things and loaded up our rental like a homeless family. We had to drive around in a full car until we found a new place. To date, my daughter and Mother-n-law have over 20 bites on them. Do not deal with Funquest or Windsor Hills until they get their act together!

Nice condo, very close to Disney

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home. The playground was really nice and the pool was walking distance from the condo.

Overall area was nice, services for the community were good, but the actual unit was, well, dirty. Peanut Butter all over the door jams in one room, stains on the bed sheets, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed.....I am not a complainer as I travel 4-5x a week for work and can stay nearly anywhere comfortably. That being said this unit was pretty gross and I still paid full price.
