This beautiful newly renovated 6 bed and 4 bathroom home is located in the exclusive, private community of Windsor Hills, 1.5 miles drive from Walt Disney World and close to Universal Studios, Waterparks, Shopping, Grocery Stores and Restaurants.

Our Villa has a private south facing pool and hot tub spa with FREE pool heat.

We have one of the most sought after locations in Windsor Hills with a 5 minute walk to the private newly renovated Club House with fully licensed Bar & Grill, Private Lagoon Style Pool, Water Slides, Splash Pad, Gym, Games Room and Convenience Store. Our guest also have access to Windsor Hills' private amenities including tennis courts, basketball courts, putting green, volleyball courts and beautiful parks for your children.

The Villa is self-catering and can accommodate 12 people with parking for 3 vehicles. The Villa is 2,812 sq feet with lots of room for your family.

We offer 6 bedrooms including 2 Disney themed rooms, 4 full bathrooms. Every room has its own Smart TV. The Villa has free high speed WIFI. The Villa has a large private south facing newly refurbished pool with jacuzzi. The pool deck is comfortable with lounger chairs for suntanning and a spacious, covered lanai featuring new outdoor patio furniture.

The Villa has a fully equipped eat in kitchen with granite counter tops, all new appliances. There are 2 very comfortable living rooms to relax. All 4 bathrooms are newly renovated, including showers and vanities. Staring supplies including kitchen supplies (garbage bags, small bottle of dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs and paper towels) and toiletries (shampoo, soap) and toilet paper as well as laundry detergent tabs.

The Villa has new flooring throughout. The games room has a pool table, foosball and skeeball table.

Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry pods and dishwashing tab are provided. This is an industry standard practice.

7. Is smoking allowed in the Villa or by the Pool?
No, smoking is NOT allowed in the Villa or by the Pool.

8. Are Pets allowed?
No, Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

9. What are the times for Check-In and Check-Out?
Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out is 10:00 a.m.

10. Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Yes, Windsor Hills permits a maximum of three cars per Villa.
