This property was perfect for our stay. Our family of 6 had plenty of space. Property was equipped with pack-n-play and baby gate which was great for our 1yr old. Unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Hosts were prompt in their communication and response. We will always recommend Windsor Palms to anyone planning a trip to the Orlando area.

Communication began great when booking our stay. Unfortunately, the pool was freezing upon arrival. It was Thanksgiving - so no one did a thing to fix the issues until after 2 pm the following day.We never even got ro use the pool. Although the price of great was refunded, my disappointment over the pool was felt the whole stay.The kitchen was severely ill equiped to cook, so bring sute to supply your own cookie sheets and pans.Was not like any other well equipped kitchen i habe styed The po

The check in process was really quick and easy. We arrived just after 4:30 and were checked in within 3 minutes. The property was really close to the parks and not too bad of a drive to the airport. The property was clean overall and honestly, for the price, you really can’t beat what you get. The only complaints that I have were the pool and the beds/sofa which may be personal preferences. The beds were not comfortable at all, and the sofa seemed a little worn in. The pool didn’t seem all that clean either. Overall, it was a good place to stay for the price point.

The property was in a fantastic proximity to everything we wanted to do in Orlando from shopping to Epcot and Disney Springs. It met our needs and was easy to check in and out. The property was clean overall but not great. Nothing to really complain about. It felt like staying at a hotel much more than other VRBO's we have stayed as a family. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the location felt very safe and secure. We didn't use them but there were two basic sets of golf clubs folks might enjoy. It took about 18-20 minutes to get to Disney which felt perfect distance.

I’ve always stayed in Windsor Palms for years now. I like the property as it has things to do onsite and it’s close to other attractions. This particular property wasn’t clean enough for our liking. There were a piece of fried fish and half drunk water bottle on the outside pool area when we got there along with 2 cigarette butts. The bed was so hard that my back hurt the entire time. My kids also said the same. It served our purpose but will not stay in this unit again. We are also rethinking staying in Windsor Palms again.

The pool was supposed to be heated to 85. It was not. We bought a pool thermometer and the pool never got above 81 and most days was below 80. Contacted management and was told it was heated and would get someone to check on it. No further contact and there was no pool heater! Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Bedrooms were not. Needs updating and walls to be cleaned and painted. Location to Disney great. Wifi and cell reception great. Will not be renting here again.

Townhouse was lovely and in a very safe gated area . The club house and pool etc were very well kept although we only had chance to sample them once . Townhouse has a splash pool which we knew about but it felt very closed in but we enjoyed it. Well stocked house with kitchen equipment etc and also plenty of towels and linen when needed . Had a lovely time but there were some bugs biting in the house which I think was dud to the very humid and thundery weather 👍👍👍 thankyou

Great place to stay. Clean. Bathrooms for every bedroom. Would stay there again. Being a townhome was concerned about hearing neighbors on each side but was relieved to not hear anything.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Chris was very friendly and accommodating. We were given a different property just steps away from the original reservation so I don't know if this review is going under the actual property we used. A great place to gather with family we haven't seen in a few years. Just minutes away from the parks. "Mickey's place" was an awesome place to rest.

Check in process was horrible. They did not have us in the system so after a long flight we had to wait an extra hour before we could check in because we couldn’t get in contact with any one from management. I called and left several messages. There are a lot of nicks in the paint. The couch needs to be cleaned. It’s filthy. The house has an odor. It needs a deep cleaning and painting all throughout. The floors were not cleaned. I had to mop as soon as we got in because I have toddlers. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. This place has a ton of potential it just needs updating.

The place was perfect for my family of five! Great location for a great price. The only negative part for me is that the thermostat has to remain on 75 at all times. I prefer it to be much much cooler in the evenings while I sleep. Overall, it was wonderful!

House was spacious and nice. Some stains on carpets, nicks in the wall, needs some updating but it was just fine for us. Lots of rules to follow including replacement of toilet paper, garbage bags and doing laundry along with strict temperature settings.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness! Beds were comfy. Close to Disney. Great to come home to the pool after a long day in the Disney Parks. Overall very clean, comfy, homey place. Loved our stay.
