Had a hard time with this review. I liked the place itself (it did have mold in the master shower, and some furniture that was pretty banged up), but the property managers were really unorganized and often not responsive (until they want you to leave a review, then it's about 6 emails). They make you give them a copy of your credit card, and pay a deposit off VRBO (which I'm pretty sure is against policy) and then don't keep a record of what you've paid or submitted. They say in their communications something is one price, then try to charge you more than that, they say they'll give you a door code 48 hours before, you get it a few hours before. We had an issue in which something we had paid extra for was too hard to locate when we checked in, no one would answer. It was a bed for an infant, and nearing bedtime, so pretty important. A little better communication and a lot better organization would have changed this review around for me. I'm a host myself, and I just wouldn't treat guests like this. It seems like they're managed from another country based on the off-hours they reply. They also don't answer the phone when you call...
