Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house that was able to accommodate our large family comfortably. House was very well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach equipment. We loved the location and walked to the beach almost every day. The home is older but in good condition and the view really can't be beat.

This spot is awesome

The house is everything they said it would be. Comfortably fits the whole the family and friends. Great for entertaining. Luxury Cape Cod Vacation. The view is incredible. Location is perfect. We got the National Seashore Beach Pass for $60 and hit all the great beaches, Marconi, Race Point and Herring Cove. Herring Cove is best for little ones. Easily accessible and food and facilities. Quick trip to Province Town. I think that that was everyone's favorite day trip. 40 Minutes from the house. We did a whale watch and dinner at Jimmy's Hide Away. Really great food and servcie.

A beautiful home with a spectacular water view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented 31 Deer Run for the second time this summer. Once again, it was a near-perfect vacation experience. The house is big and comfortable enough that our three daughters and their husbands have their own space. There's a lovely swimming salt-water pond down the road for a morning swim, and magnificent Nauset Beach a quarter mile west. Lunch and cocktails on the deck overlooking all this beauty. Hard to ask for more.

Gorgeous home with Amazing view.

I would recommend this home for a big Family or group. If you have never rented a house in Cape Cod, you might be interested in knowing that the home does not provide Bathing towels or linens. Be sure and get a Linen Package. It's easy to get. You call the Linen service and tell them the dates of your stay and they deliver and pick up. The home doesn't have Air Conditioning down stairs. Lots of windows, so you don't need cool air most of the time. When we stayed it was unseasonably warm and we wish we had cool air. Other than that, we loved our stay and would love to stay again.

Deer Run

Clean, well-maintained, well-furnished. Had beach equipment supplied. Kayak could not be used because not inflated and canoe was next to house rather than on rack at the shore. were no cleaning supplies for pots, etc. No Windex. Showers could use safety grab bars. Baseboard heat came on but maintenance man could not find shut-off

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has the perfect layout for a big family and the view is truly spectacular. The sprawling deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen was a nice space for cooking, bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. We did have some issues. The property description did not disclose that there is no A/C on the entire bottom floor. It was OK at night, but on a hot August week during the day it was almost uninhabitable. The carpets were dirty and the grill was so gunky it was unusable. In general the cleaning crew didn't do a great job. Having said all that, we made our issues known with Cape Cod Oceanview Realty, who took the matters to the property owner. Both were very receptive and we got most everything resolved. I'd definitely use CCO Realty again should we take another family vacation on the Cape.

A Nice View But Old

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 12th year renting on the Cape. I always look for updated houses and have been very happy. This rental was the most I’ve spent and also the most run down. The yellow bathroom in my bedroom looks like it’s original to the house built in 1965! It also wasn’t as clean as I’m accustomed to.
