I absolutely love the location! It’s steps to the beach and you can hear the ocean waves which we really loved.The house is so beachy and the decor is charming! The beds are comfortable and the bungalow has everything you could need.The yard is fenced in which made it great for my lil pooch.My only suggestion is to provide more T.P. and paper towels. We did have to call for more propane for the grill but it was resolved right away! The outdoor string lights were beautiful but we had to plug them into the inside living room outlet as the outside outlet wasn’t working. Not anything major.And my only complaint would be the cleanliness. The floors were rather dirty and we found empty beer bottles in the cabinet and actual pizza crusts under the armoire in the smaller bedroom, so maybe a little more attention in that area.Overall, it was fabulous and my son and his girlfriend had a terrific time as did I. I will definitely try to book this little slice of heaven by the sea again!

I knew this area(street) and that was the reason we rented here. Beach access and accessories were great, fairly well stocked kitchen, except dish towels. A 10 digit entrance code was a bit much with limited entry time. Mngr was responsive when needed, but the fees made a short stay way overpriced. Advertised at dog friendly, but not included in initial price quote.

Everything you need!!!

This is THE BEST place! From the location to the decor, this place was everything we could ask for. It was very clean, plenty of room, excellent location. We had a great get-a-way! We even had some local friends come over and had plenty of room for 9 adults.(only 4 slept there) But there is room for 6, a fur baby or two! Thank you so much, I will be keeping you in mind for future trips!!!

Great Beach Cottage

Everything was as advertised! We had a little trouble with the code to open the house, but staff of the residence management company helped to resolve it quickly! Great time and a wonderful location near the beach!

Wonderful

Quite possibly the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in! The entire house was very clean, bed was so comfortable, and beach access was a breeze. So many great places around to eat and a Publix grocery just a short drive down the street. Absolutely everything about this stay was impeccable. We will absolutely be returning in the future!

Returning Renters!

My husband said he could spend a month here!

My husband said he could spend a month here! This is the first time we have taken our 2 dogs on vacation with us, and this little bungalow was great for so many reasons. It is not "on the beach" but pretty close, the garage was awesome! We brought 3 bikes with us, so they easily went in the garage. The kitchen was roomy, I did not have to glare at my husband to get out of my way. Lots of shades and curtains but the entire bungalow was bright. My 17 year old left his wallet, we eventually got it back, with the cash! If we were to spend a month there are a few things that need to be taken care of, like the dryer did not work, a noisy air vent, and a foggy seal on a window, but this place was really great!

Daytona bike week

Great location. Beach and great restaurants are a short walk away.

I would definitely stay again. My only complaint is the door access code. Entering 10 digits is a pain in the neck especially at night (you can tell it’s a phone number). A shorter access code or perhaps the renters phone number would be much easier. Other than that, it was practically perfect.

Very nice home

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s clean and homie. Although it is pet friendly, the beach is not. So you may have to drive to Flagler Beach, if you want to take a dog with you. I would stay here again, great little spot.
