“The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. “Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

“If you are going to Anfield Rosd for a match, then I can highly recomment this guesthouse! Staff contacted us the day befor to give us all information needed and were very helpfull and responded quickly to our questions. Will 100% use this option next time I will go for a Liverpool match.”

“Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice.”

Aparte de ello, desde el primer momento pedí una factura que finalmente no me han enviado ni hecho. El día de mi partida, habían avisado al fontanero a las 8:30 de la mañana, por lo que tuve que salir media hora antes de lo que pensaba.”
