The place was dirty. All the cups and dishes in the cupboards were sticky and some had debris, we washed almost everything for them. They 5 forks and 1 spoon for a place that sleeps 8. Both washer and dryer were full of clothes. The cleanliness was poor at best. We were told there were amenities but there was no access card or key for it. Only one designated parking spot which is fine if disclosed but wasn't. Messaged them about parking in a visitor spot and there was no response. Reached out to the host a couple of time during the stay and they were unresponsive. Haven't heard from them till today. Checkout instructions were sent 6 minutes after check out time. I book 8 vacation rentals a year on average and have never had less than a 4 star experience. This was really disappointing.
