The apartment is made of three double rooms, all of them with own balcony access, two modern bathrooms equipped with shower, basin, toilet and bidet and a wide living room, featuring an open kitchen.



You will find two balconies (a small and a large one) and a furnished terrace, which offers a wonderful view toward the valley opening, granting you the last sun hours of the day in Summer.



The modern kitchen is ideally equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.



Wi-Fi, linen and towels are at your disposition.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:



- Adults (from 14 years): 6



- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure



Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.



The apartment Jalve is located in a very central area of Ortisei Val Gardena town center, few meters from the pedestrian area away.



Set just beside the well-known Hotel Cavallino Bianco, this apartments, offers the perfect location for all kind of activities, in winter as well as in summer.



In few minutes walk you can reach both cableways, the Alpe di Siusi and the Seceda, connecting you with the legendary Dolomiti Superski.



Bars, restaurants, shops and further services can be found just around the corner, in the wonderful pedestrian area of Ortisei, which hosts many events like the Christmas market, artistic fairs, folkloristic parades, the prizegiving of the ski World Cup race and much more.



Despite being very central, the area offers a wonderful view on the mountains.



You will have all the comforts needed at your disposition, like free car parking (for one car only – for further cars there is a garage parking for surcharge 300 m away), ski deposit, Wi-Fi and washing machine.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access)

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
