“Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!”

“Unfortunately we had a series of issues with this property, starting from the check in process. I was given the wifi password info by the agency that represents the house. We got in late at night due to a family emergency (the local manager knew). We got to the property and we could not connect to the wifi and none of us had any connection. “The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Dear Massimiliano, it has been a week now since we had to leave Villa Casale with a heavy heart. We still remember every moment of our vacation, from getting up in the morning in complete peace, to the wonderful breakfast at the large wooden table for eight people, the relaxed afternoon by the pool, to a night walk into the nearby village under a starry sky. “Six of us stayed for a week in late May. The house is very comfortable. The seating options were somewhat limited in the living room but we brought in extra chairs from other rooms. “This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! ”
