Just as pictured! Great location, clean and host was so sweet! Would definitely recommend and will come back! Enjoyed the deck view morning and evenings after visiting local pool bars. Shorty Pants right across the parking lot, highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll love it!!

Three Seasons Condo

We had a great stay at Carla’s condo during bike week. It was clean and nicely decorated. Back porch overlooking the lake was nice - we spend a stormy evening watching the lightening and listening to the rain in the metal dock roofs. Lulled is to sleep after a long day on the bikes. Perfect ! Quick walk to Shorty Pants in the evenings for dinner after dark - if you come down on bikes watch for deer near dusk! Parking is a bit tricky on bikes - no level ground near the unit, but we managed to make it work. Overall a great experience and highly recommend staying here.

Cizy lake condo

This condo was very clean, updated, and beautifully decorated with a great vew of the lake. Its very cozy and comfortable, but a little limited for a family as there are only 2 barstools and no other eating area indoors. Also no dishwasher, and limited glasses/ cups to drink out of. Howevre, overall we had a great time in a great location and the host was very helpful and easy to reach.

Perfect Condo for Weekend Getaway

A quaint, quiet condo in a perfect location on the main channel and right next to some of the best spots on the lake. All of the amenities you need and none of the things you don’t! Great communication and an immaculately clean property. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful and Quiet Condo

We loved the quiet cove this condo is located in! The close proximity to Red Heads, one of our favorite restaurants, made it even better. The condo itself was cozy and quiet, beautifully decorated and has a great view of the lake. We brought our 26' boat and had access to the boat slip which is one of the best ways to see the lake. Everyone we met at 3 Seasons were friendly and nice to talk to. Carla gives detailed instructions of property and boat slip prior to check in date; communication and check in was great! Our favorite places to visit are, Red Heads, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Coconuts, The Cave Bar, JB Hooks, Wobbly Boots, The Rusty Rooster (great breakfast), The Pancake House, Bagnell Dam Strip, and Tucker Shuckers. We visit the lake every year for our anniversary and we have found another amazing home away from home. We highly recommend this condo.

Exactly as advertised

The written description and photos accurately represent the property and the view of the lake. Even though the unit is only up one flight of steps from the parking area, it is actually a third floor unit on the lake front side. This was nearly a last minute trip on my part. I needed to get away from the office for for a few days to try and "unwind". I chose to visit Osage Beach in April since it's still their off-season for travel. I submitted the rental request for the condo only three days prior to our check-in date. I received communication and check-in information from the owner (Carla) within minutes. In advance of our check-in, Carla asked that once we were settled in, to please let her know if we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo, and that the condo met our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and everything was in good working order. The condo has an electronic door lock, with a code that was customized for us, and that made check-in a breeze. I would rent this condo again.

Great place to stay

The check in process was very easy .. All instructions and directions to enter the property were clearly defined and easy to understand .. Good lake view from the deck .. The property was very neat, clean and well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc., as described .. Our 3 night stay was very comfortable and enjoyable ...Would highly recommend staying here .
