    The inviting living room features comfortable leather couches and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. In the dining area, you'll find a table with seating for 8, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and tools necessary to cook for your group—whether you're preparing a quick meal or a family feast.

    The main floor hosts the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Additionally, there's a guest bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a private bathroom. A third full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Wonderful accommodations that we'd happily revisit! Great location and accommodations within the house, anything that we may have needed was available to us. Would definitely recommend to anyone making a trip to the Ozarks!

Family reunion

Layout of rooms was very conducive for enjoying time together yet individual room gave us privacy at the same time. I was not impressed at all with the cleanliness of the property; water stains on the ceiling, main room carpet was filthy, cobwebs in the corners... Needs a good deep clean. I was told the previous renters mentioned foam on top of the hot tub and some debris at the bottom so someone would be coming to look at the evening we checked in or the next morning, nobody to my knowledge came by. I had read about the hot tub not working on a previous review.

Ok experience

We loved the space of the property but house wasn't very clean- such as dirty sheets, garbage tucked behind furniture from previous guests, lots of dead bugs and spiderwebs, dirty couch pillows and trash in drawers. Unit also needed painted and repairs done. It was ok for what we needed but the uncleanliness was very disappointing.

Overall Good

House definitely isn’t perfect - lots of stains, water damaged ceilings, etc. But, everything that needed to be clean (kitchen, linens, bathrooms, etc) was clean and, for the price, I think it was worthwhile.

House needs maintenance.

The house needed several places that required updating. There were places that needed repair and painting. One door to the outside would not open. Needed painting on the ceiling in the family room. Stains on the ceiling. The stairs are pulling away from the wall in the family room, and the carpet needed cleaning. It needs to be sprayed for insects. Several spiders on the walls. The stove vent was extremely dirty. The hot tub was not clean. I have pictures if needed to prove the conditions of the house. I know that the house is older but was not worth the money it cost to stay there.

Great property

The house had a nice deck with a gas grill and a hot tub which was awesome! The house was roomy and easily shareable with a group of us (we had 7 adults total) The property manager was friendly and handled everything great!

Great property

We all loved our stay, great location. We all loved that the property had 3 spacious private bedrooms and bathrooms plus a nice common area. This worked very well for 3 couples. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family weekend

We can to Lake of the Ozarks for a relaxing weekend. The house was great for the 3 couples. We each had our own private space with a nice bathroom. Was nice to walk around the area. And the area felt very safe and was quiet.

Girls Weekend

We had a girls weekend with moms & daughters. The size & set up of this property was perfect!! Plenty of room for everyone & having 4 bathrooms was amazing!! The location was great for bar hopping & shopping. Would definitely stay here again!!

Laid back family time

Great place for a get away.

Open space with plenty of room. Had deer that were very close to the deck and enjoyed watching some busy squirrels from the hot tub.
