Beautiful waterfront condo with the boat slip! Its five o'clock somewhere...

  • Sipping morning coffee, watching boats zoom by through the main channel, watching turtles play in the water right below your balcony - that is where everyone wants to be!

    Our beautiful waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will comfortably accommodate 5 guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed, separate bathroom with walk in closet as well as the door to the balcony. The other bathroom has a full size bed and the bunk bed. Living room has a couch, two recliner chairs, flat screen TV. The balcony has a brand new patio furniture set.
    Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook and entertain here or go visit nearby restaurants and other attractions! Shopping, helicopter tours and many other attractions are within two miles.

    Condo comes with 12' x 28' boat slip as well. There is NO boat lounge or boat trailer parking on the property. Please make arrangements with the nearby marina (we use Alhonna Resort and Marina).

    There are two pools, guest house with exercise equipment and tennis court for you to enjoy.

    NO GRILLS/BARBEQUE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.
    No smoking, no pets. 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM BOOKING.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family of four, with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate even more guests. We especially loved the large outdoor balcony, where we enjoyed beautiful water views and had so much fun watching the turtles.Check-in was incredibly easy, and the host was responsive and great to communicate with throughout our stay. This was the perfect place for a restful and relaxing vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Relaxing Summer weekend

Spacious, fully furnished, clean place with wonderful views and great location. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay to enjoy the area.

Main complaint is the bed in 2nd bedroom has completely collapsed springs on one side of the bed but not the other. The bed obviously needs replaced. The kitchen area is extremely small and very awkward with refrigerator that is very hard to get into. Door swings the wrong way in relation to the tight cabinet space. Other than that, it was decent condo for the price, especially if you have a boat. Slip was nice and it's close to the condo. Condo was clean with some new renovations and improvements.

We enjoyed the unit.....very nice. However, there was no bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow-dryer, etc) like most have. Nor were there any shower shelves to hold items on while taking a shower. We could not find any main trash locations to take out our trash near our room. We had to put it in the car and take it to the one by the entrance. We were to have two parking spots reserved outside the unit. We did not have two; almost didn't have one at times. The hosts were very unresponsive during our stay. I sent them multiple messages on Expedia and to their cell, with this same info listed above, but no reply. Even attempted several voice calls. Left VMs but had no call back. I'd also requested to hold for a future trip. But, again, no response to my Expedia messages nor the text I sent them.
