Guests enjoy access to community amenities including sports courts, an outdoor pool, and convenient lake access, making it easy to spend your days swimming, boating, or simply soaking up the sunshine. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a longer lake escape, this comfortable condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun in a prime location.



The Space:

Step inside to an open living space where the living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, creating a comfortable layout for relaxing together. The living room features a sofa, recliner, smart TV, and console cabinet, offering a cozy place to unwind after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and includes counter seating for four, while a nearby dining table for two provides a convenient spot for casual meals or morning coffee. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony, where water views and a table for al fresco dining create the perfect setting to enjoy breakfast, evening drinks, or simply take in the peaceful lake atmosphere.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the hallway.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the community room next to the pool.

• This home includes parking for 2 vehicles.

o One vehicle may park in the designated space located in front of the Building.

o The second vehicle may park in any available parking space marked for guests.

o Please do not park in any other marked spaces, as they are reserved for other units in the building.

• The unit is located on the 1st floor of the building. Parking is located even with the second floor of the building. Guests will need to walk down a flight of stairs to reach the main entrance.

• This unit does not include a boat slip, and guests do not have access to the dock, trailer parking, or boat launch.

• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
