We had a work conference at Margaritaville and chose to stay in this awesome home. The lower bedrooms are perfect, each with their own bathroom, deck and sitting areas. We had a great time.

Some of our large family stayed here, close to the estates pool. Outside looked some dated but inside was very pretty. Deck needs some work and a few other issues need addressed but a good house to stay in. Thank you

Perfect Getaway

A clean and spacious home. It was the perfect size for my family of 5 to spread out and also come together for meals and games. Roxxy was a gracious host and was very helpful with any questions or concerns.

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 4, plenty of room with a nice kitchen to cook meals. We especially loved the deck with a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. The location was great too; very near the community pool which was never crowded & a relaxing spot to lounge, and a very short drive to the Margaritaville amenities that we also enjoyed. We will definitely book & vacation here again!

Very good rental. Interior was clean and comfortable. Great view and the location close to the community pool was ideal. The deck needs staining and some exterior work is needed just outside the doors to the decks (i.e. wood rot). Just a suggestion, as it didn't affect the stay.

Wonderful girls' trip

Had a group of 4 and loved the home. Everyone had plenty of space and said their beds were very comfortable. There was a well decorated living room with a large table to play games. It was a great house.

The inside was great but the outside needs some TLC!

We loved the house on the inside as it was well stocked and very clean! The outside is deteriorating a lot!! We didn’t even feel safe being on the back deck!

The view/location was great. The property itself needs a little TLC (moisture issues upstairs and deck siding of building; lower right bedspread had tears and snags). The lower right room had a Keurig but nowhere to plug it in, so I shared the other room's Keurig. The 3 ensuites were comfortable and roomy. The 5th stair had an issue with the cap - we took it off & then put it back on when we left. I was sure I took a photo of it, but it isn't in my photos (sorry). Overall, we were very happy that we stayed at Peaceful Osage Beach Escape!

Im town for a funeral and this place worked well for us. Mattresses are old but house is was warm and inviting. Had a couple of seniors with us. Needed railings on both sides.

Quiet & cozy

My staff and I were attending a conference at Margaritaville (Tan-tar-a) and found this property. We each had our own bed/bathroom and space to rewind and relax. Way better than a "hotel/motel" room. Well worth the price we paid. Will definitely remember for next time!

2nd year in a row

We stayed at this same house last year and loved it. It’s the perfect amount of house for our five young kids. Only minor complaint is the bed in the bedroom to the right felt like it lost support in the middle. My wife and I were rolling into the middle of the mattress. It’s only one house away from the pool which has a fantastic view and large shallow area for kids to play.

Early Season Lake Visit

Myself and a couple of friends were fishing in a tournament last weekend, choose this property for the three beds with three baths. Very clean with newer updates made this a great choice. Each of us had our own space plus the common area was comfortable. Great view of the lake too. Host was accommodating when we had a problem with the cable, seems the utility company knocked out service the day we arrived (no NCAA basketball for us) but it was up and running the following day. Thumbs up from me.

It was okay...

The house was adequate. The house had everything we need but much of it felt "well used." The owners didn't respond to any attempts to reach them regarding the code for the pool or other questions until after we had checked out. The beds were comfortable and clean but the in-room art conditioners ran loud cycles all night, making it hard to stay asleep. It was a great space and close to everything, I feel like this could be an amazing stay with a little more TLC.

family get together

This property is managed by Evolve. They jack up the price if you look at the property multiple times. This is a predatory practice and we will never again rent from Evolve. We need a property that was close to another one we rented for our large family gathering, so we were in a bind. The property itself was fine but totally OVER PRICED!
