Check-in was easy and check-out accommodations were made with ease as well. The things that were reported not working was fixed in a timely manner. The home fit our annual family gathering of 32 years perfectly. Only downfall would be there was no mention of a noise ordinance. We were not made aware of a noise ordinance until someone complained. The ordinance even applies on weekends and it begins at 10pm.

Family vacation

This property was set up well for our large extended family. It was clean. Check in and communication with host was good. This house is at the end of a cove. You don’t really have a lake view. Just the cove. We saw deer and other wildlife every day. Would recommend this location to others with a big group.

Great home, but too many dead bugs:(

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The only down side was the dead bugs. If we hadn’t arrived first to clean them up, several of our party wouldn’t have stayed. Having the cleaning crew vacuum them before we arrive would have made our arrival less dramatic. Also replacing batteries in the entrance code would have eliminated some problems.

Beautiful property!

We had 9 adults and 3 kids and the layout of this property was perfect! You, basically, have three floors of living spaces. Communications were exceptional and the owner couldn’t have been nicer!! Only complaint is we didn’t have more time to stay but will definitely book again!!

Misleading dock description.

The dock was described as a swim dock but the dock is at the end of a cove and only in about 3 feet of water. It was more of a stand dock. The tile floors throughout the kitchen area turned all of our feet black in the first 30 minutes, the master shower has black mold in the tile grout and the 12"x12" patio paver stones were very wobbly on the decent down to the dock which make getting down safely especially with coolers difficult. If you plan on renting a boat just know that you'll have about 2' of clearance from the surrounding docks to get your boat back to your dock and you'll need to hop on the neighboring docks to hand push your boat through. The parking worked out well. We had 5 vehicles and easily could have fit 2 more. We were walking distance from the community pool which was nice. Hope this helps anyone looking at this property. These are all things we wish we would have known.

Solid Place

Overall the house has a great layout and was pretty well stocked. The decks are great. It is steep property so the walk down and up to the dock is not the easiest. You cannot really swim off the dock which was disappointing, but we were able to put a giant floatie in the water, and the boys were able to fish. All in all it was a good stay for a very large family gathering.

Great Family Vacation

This house fit into our plans so much. The kids had a blast jumping off the dock into the lake and when they got tired of that they had the community pool right up the street. There was so much room that everyone was able to stretch out and relaxed and not be under foot. We were close to everything we nneeded and wanted to do ( shopping, Big Surf, hiking and groceries). Loved this house and miss it already

Clean/Plenty of Room

Wonderful stay! Plenty of room inside for multiple families and parking for multiple vehicles. The various levels were great for some separation, but still being together. The walk down to the dock is fairly steep and a few steps were wobbly, but everyone was able to make it down without issues. Would definitely recommend and rebook in the future if going back!

Amazing property

Great property in wonderful location. Just far enough off the beaten path to be private, but close enough to local attractions for easy access. Enough amenities onsite we spent more time than planned just hanging around the house.
