The living room is your gathering hub, anchored by a 42-inch smart TV with both Roku streaming and cable - great for movie nights after a day on the water. The master bedroom has its own smart TV with streaming and cable, and the second bedroom offers a TV with a Blu-ray player for a quieter wind-down space.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is genuinely well-stocked for a condo this size. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and mixer ready to go, along with a full suite of pots, pans, baking sheets, and mixing bowls. There's a dishwasher and garbage disposal, plus grilling utensils on hand - even though an on-site grill isn't available, you'll be ready if you find one nearby. Plates, mugs, glasses, and flatware are provided for each guest.



Technology



Three TVs throughout the property keep everyone happy - Roku streaming and cable in the living room, smart TV with cable in the master bedroom, and a Blu-ray-capable TV in the second bedroom. High-speed internet through Spectrum is set up in the living room TV stand and reaches the whole unit.



Outdoor



A screened-in back porch offers a shaded retreat when you want fresh air without the sun. No on-site grill is available per HOA policy, but the community outdoor pool is centrally located within the complex and available for guest use. Please - no glass in the pool area.

The community outdoor pool is a warm-weather highlight, centrally located within the complex and easy to reach. Note that there is a dock on the property, but it is not accessible to guests and does not include boat slip access. HOA guidelines apply throughout the complex, including a no-dogs policy and no grills on site.



Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze with the self-check-in via coded smart lock. Two parking spaces on a paved, flat driveway mean no stress on arrival. The host is available if you need anything during your stay, and the HOA office can be reached at the number provided in your welcome materials. Keep in mind the unit is reached by descending about 30 stairs across 3 flights - plan your packing accordingly.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are not permitted on the property per HOA bylaws. No smoking. No grills allowed on site. The dock visible on the property is not available for guest use. The driveway is paved and level - no special vehicle required. Approximately 30 stairs lead down to the unit entrance, so guests with mobility considerations should plan ahead. Smoke detector and fire extinguishers are on site - one under the kitchen sink and one on the back screened-in porch. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional fees.
