“部屋も綺麗で掃除もゆきとどいていました。広さもちょうどよく、快適に過ごせました。ミニキッチンには包丁やまな板、フライパンもあり助かりました。満室でもう1泊延泊できなかったのが、残念と感じるほど居心地がよかったです。お世話になりました。”

“Very nice and clean. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and it was nice for a family of five with teenagers. It’s a staff-less hotel so no refreshing towels or daily cleaning. There are washers/dryers on site as well but guests were leaving their clothes for extended periods, long after the wash is done, so it was a little difficult to use. Luckily there was a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Location is residential and not a whole lot of food options within a 10 min walk. Overall...

“The hotel is a fantastic place to stay for families visiting Osaka. We were travelling with two young children, and the staff were very friendly and assitive throughout the stay. The hotel has a games room with games for all ages, and a fun quest activity to find a hidden room in the hotel. Nice abd close to attractions such as Kuromon Market, Sennachimae Kitchen Street, and not too far from Dotonbori. Several train lines nearby make accessing the rest of Osaka easy. Multiple food options nearby...

“難波で観光をする為に家族で利用しました。ホテルや部屋に入る時はパスコード入力、チェックイン、アウトにQRコードをかざす等便利でした。(事前にホテルからメールが来る) お部屋も広くて内装も綺麗でした。駅から近いしコンビニもあるので便利！(裏にあるお店のたこ焼きが美味しかったです)また大阪に行く時は家族で利用したいと思います。 ※初めて部屋のドアを開ける時、扉が重くてなかなか開かずちょっと焦りました。”
