“The location was perfect for our needs. We were close to our family who live in the area, a grocery store was 5 minutes away, the lovely River Walk was close by, too, providing plenty of outside time and a number of restaurants to choose from as well. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay. ”

“Plenty of room and we’d love to stay again soon, convenient to restaurants and it was a nice quiet neighborhood.”

“House was perfect for our friends’ weekend. Beds are super comfortable. Host was responsive. We would stay here again!”

“Brian, our host, was very accommodating & responded quickly to our messages. Excellent location! Close to restaurants, shopping, Notre Dame, parks & South Bend Airport. SPACIOUS -accommodates 8 adults & 2 children easily. Beautiful kitchen appliances, (new range and double door fridge with ice-maker) & large capacity washer/Dryer. This isn't a luxury unit but it fulfills all necessities; kitchen w air-fryer, microwave, pots & pans, dishes, flatware, very nice Keurig w both, pot & cup functions,...

“Great place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we needed including a high chair. The pool table is a miniature one but was still super fun to use. Didn't get a chance to use the fire pit in the back but that's an awesome amenity as well. Austin was super easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. If I have to stay in South Bend again would love to use his property for sure!”

“Lashon was the best host I have ever dealt with on Vrbo! She is incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely wants your stay to be the best it can be. Her home was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. She clearly put a lot of thought into everything a guest might need while getting away from home. The house was extremely comfortable and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying at Lashon’s place and would absolutely stay there again!”

“Nice home, good communication with the host”
