Terrible experience. Property at this price point did not have exterior garbage cleaned from the Saturday we got there until Monday when we left. Was over flowing and we took a picture. Unbeknown to me, the exercise room was out of order. No signage to the room, was quickly skimmed over at check in. When I couldn't initially find it, I asked clerk Saturday late afternoon where it was and was given clearer instructions. Found it. Then, proceeded to discover (and self-troubleshoot), that the power lugs or equipment were not working. When I went back to front desk a second time the clerk then seemingly half-joking said oh sorry we didn't put signs up..also said I should have told you when you asked for directions For a 2 night stay, really impacted my exercise regime. We the customers pay for this perk which discount hotels don't have. At very least, I should have been told ahead about this. Felt humiliated. The room itself felt a bit dated, wasn't as clean as I expected a Fairfield or Marriott property should be. Disappointed and feel a bit ripped off.
