Our apartment was clean and spacious, with all necessary equipment in the kitchen - a notable fact that we had our own washing machine in the apartment was something we very much appreciated. Overall a great stay!

The site is under construction. There is a scaffolding all around the property with workmen present from an early time (6am). Early wake up and no privacy (not to mention no views) were not what I had in mind when booking.

Great location half way between Aker Brygge/the Fortress and the Opera House. Apartment size is good and in suite laundry is a great amenity. Needed more towels.

Loved it, only thing I didnt like was that i could connect to the wifi the password and network name was different from what was in the book inside the apartment. Could have had a better bed but besides those two thing it was excellent. Would highly recommended 👌. Customer service was top-tier.

The apartment was really nice and had everything necessarry, but the only thing i didn’t quite like was the couch which wasn’t a couch per se just to sort of cushions next to each other that would be more appropiate for a waiting room. Other than that everything was excellent!!

This should be at least worth 4 stars…and I’m not usually a moaner…. But, the whole of the front of the building is currently covered in scaffolding and white polythene sheet, the windows are also covered in polythene. So no view and restricted light. I understand maintenance has to be done but if this was communicated we could have made a choice not to stay there. Maintenance inside is very poor, shower control was dodgy, half the downlighters didn’t work, no instructions on heating or cooling and to top it all the WiFi didn’t work meaning I used up my data allowance. We rang up the helpline but said sorry it’s the weekend! So can’t recommend as it looks like the front will be covered for some months.

Truly like having an apartment in the city. We got tired long ago of going out to eat every afternoon and night. Here we prepped lunches and cooked dinners on most nights (we stayed for a week.) There was also a washer for our clothes (no dryer, but a drying rack and plenty of living-room space worked well). The only downside is that Oslo has no sound ordinances, and people rev no-muffler motorcycles throughout the night until 4am in the summer that would get them arrested in any other sane city.

We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review. The staff were helpful but still annoying that I got a reaction like that.

Great location. Lacks comfort

Location is great. Apt itself is not very comfortable. Things dont work. Report to customer service is an exercise in futility. TV was not working. I was told somoene will come over and take care of it. Never happened.

El departamento es muy amplio y nuevo, bien ubicado, el trato con el administrador un tanto impersonal, si bien te envían una clave en tiempo y forma para ingresar nunca tenes contacto con un representante en forma directa.

Stay at your own risk, I wouldn’t.

Keys (a code really) are collected in another place, lights could not be turned off (really bright lights on ceiling), switch not working, on the phone (there is no real person to help) they told us to disconnect the mains, so we had no lights in all the apartment, no microwave, no working fridge, etc., with no possible help until Monday (it was Friday 6pm), after we would have left. One day the entrance codes where reset by error, all guests, not only us, locked out from the building and apartments for over an hour, at least. It should come with a warning, “stay there at your own risk”, I am sure there are better choices in Oslo for the price. PD: I asked por a partial refund at the e-mail they gave us, and have not heard a thing from them yet, apart from an automated response, so they did get the mail..

Spacious new apartment, no hairdryer

Beautiful new apartment, just like the pictures! Cons: tiny, uncomfortable beds and no hairdryer Pros: space, equipped kitchen, 1.5 baths, 2 bedrooms and nice open living, dining and kitchen area. Also steps to the Opera and Oslo central station.

The hotel is a building site. All windows blocked, so no daylight comes in. And no chance to ventilate. The room, hallways and staircases has a thick layer of building dust. Absolutely no pre check in information about the situation. Their solution was to apologize, and offer an 8% refund.

Ingen aircondition i leiligheten og vi kom da det var 32 temp ute.Var bare en liten vifte innerst i ett skap som vi ikke fant umiddelbart,fikk sendt en klage og ble da oppringt fra Finnland,fikk da en liten vifte til.Ikke fornøyd med resultatet da vi ville bytte til hotell.Klagesaker har en behandlingstid på 1-3 dager og da var jo vi reist.Umulig å sove i den varmen,selv om alle vinduer var åpne var det nesten 36 temp i leiligheten.Ut fra bilder såg det ut som om leiligheten hadde altan,men dette stemte ikke.Det var en felles altan,men der var hagemøblene så stygge at det ikke gikk an å sitte der.Renholdet kunne vert bedre også,dårlig støvsuget så vi måtte støvsuge da vi kom.

Helt ok leilighet med meget god beliggenhet

Grei leilighet med super beliggenhet Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Jeg er ikke så veldig teknisk flink så TV løsningen var et mareritt. På kvelden og på morgenen var det kaldt. Prøvde å skru opp varmen, men det fungerte ikke.
