Grocery stores, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and public transport are all just a few minutes away.

Rooftop Terrace

The private rooftop terrace spans approximately 70 m² and receives sunshine throughout much of the day.

It features comfortable lounge seating, daybeds, a generous dining area, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ—perfect for morning coffee, long summer dinners, or relaxing evenings overlooking the city.

During the warmer months (typically May–August), the terrace may also be set up with an outdoor projector for open-air movie nights. Outdoor features are seasonal and weather-dependent.
