“Cleaning was a bit average with hair a giant ball of hair left in one of the bathrooms. Fridge aint super cold so just be weary I guess and they gave us the wrong code for the lock box on check in. Was stuck out the front for two hours calling the site to try and get the correct details. Unfortunately not the best stay. ”

“The gas to the mains had been disconnected and there was no gas , hot water at all. When trying to light a pilot light it was discovered that the gas had been disconnected and an unpaid gas bill in the meter box of the house. This resulted in a very inconvenient night with 2 small children and then having to pack up and relocate to another house the following day once other accommodation had been found. The team did however try to resolve the situation asap but it should never have happened in...

“Email mentioned I would receive check in details 48 hours prior to check in but I had to call on the day twice to get any info about check in. House was clean however there were lots of spiders and spider webs we had to brush down ourselves. We enjoyed the amenities and the toiletries and the back yard was nice and spacious for pets to run around. ”

“NOT NEAR BEACH- beach a couple of kilometres away. One window couldn’t lock, another hadn’t been locked. Therefore, security an issue. Outside seating area had leaking roof, wetting chair cushions. Rooms & bathrooms were clean. Loads of games. TV large screen. Dining area spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful to have large garage providing safe area to pack and unpack, ready for days out. Excellent laundry and area to dry clothes ( including drying rack when raining). Overall great stay,...
