“Gute Küche und Zimmer, aber das Personal an der Rezeption ist eine Katastrophe. Die Firmendaten für die Rechnung habe ich beim Check-In angegeben. Beim Checkout hat man darauf keinen Rücksicht genommen und denen die Schuld gegeben, die nicht da waren. Nachdem ich es eingefordert hatte, schickten sie mir die Rechnung auf meinen Namen und nun habe ich es dreimal eingefordert und keine Antwort erhalten. Ich verbringe beruflich mehr als 70 Nächte pro Jahr in Deutschland und habe noch nie eine solche...

“Good location as a transit point. Unfortunately, the rooms are not air conditioned and with a high temperature we had to leave the window open and as the hotel is on a busy road it was quite noisy. Obviously in lower temperatures that won’t be an issue. The size of our room was good and service both at the front desk and at breakfast (which was great) was excellent. ”
