    Our Vacation Home is located in the South Okanagan region where wildfires/forest fires and smoke are common during the wide fire season. Please keep this in mind when booking our vacation home when travelling with babes, young children, seniors, persons with asthma and / or medical conditions which can be irritated due to fires & smoke.

    Review our cancellation policy, and consider some type of cancellation and interruption insurance because our policy does not cover smoke and wildfire / forest fire unless the government deems the area an emergency evacuation area.

We loved this condo. Great location right across from the lake, easy to store our paddle boards in the garage and take them out. Communication was prompt. We had no issues with the place, the hot tub was hot, the pool was warm, and the condo was stocked with all the basics. Beds were comfortable and everything felt really safe. Would definitely go back and stay again.

Great property location, access to dock and super comfortable beds. Super simple check in, we’ll stocked kitchen, etc! Love to stay again soon!

Great getaway

Great property with lots of room! We have stayed at this resort many times and always enjoy our time here. Private beach and pool are great as well.

Great location for a visit to Osoyoos

We were staying here with a group that visited Osoyoos for golf and wineries. This resort is an excellent place to stay and enjoy the whole area. The unit was clean and well set up to take advantage of the lakeside property and nice weather. I would have no hesitation booking again!

Golf weekend

My friends and I were finally able to get away for a golf weekend and the place was perfect. From the ample space to the private gated beach, everything was perfect. We hope to make this an annual event and would love to stay again. Thank you!

Winter Paradise in Osoyoos

Golf Getaway

The experience at 107 exceeded our expectations. The location was great. Views were spectacular. The unit was very spacious. Proximity to restaurants and access to golf courses makes this a must stay for anyone wanting a weekend getaway or vacation in Osoyoos.

Very relaxing with wonderful view

Very welcoming homey feel on entering. Felt at home immediately and the home had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the home. The library of books was awesome, alot of choices for all of us. Convenient location, easy access to everything.
