Wake up every morning to the gentle sound of the waves and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea at our luxury property, Strand Hus, in the Baltic Sea resort of Dierhagen.
The house, which can accommodate up to six guests, spans two floors and was newly built in 2024. You can enjoy the vast expanse of the Baltic Sea from both the master bedroom—which features an extra-long bed measuring 2.10 meters—on the upper floor and from the adjacent open-concept living/dining area.
Thanks to the nearly continuous window front on three sides of the upper floor, you also have an unparalleled view of the open sea in all its diverse facets from the dining table. Pure relaxation is guaranteed! Adjacent to this is a fully equipped, modern, and open kitchen that invites you to cook. Here, you can look forward to high-quality appliances, such as a Miele oven with an integrated microwave, a Bora cooktop with an integrated range hood, a Miele dishwasher, and a Siemens refrigerator. In addition, the upper floor features a state-of-the-art bathroom with a Comfort toilet (a shower toilet with an integrated bidet function) and a walk-in shower.
The furnishings, like the rooms themselves, are decorated in light, subtle colors and contrasted with modern dark accents. This immediately creates a stylish, cozy atmosphere. The rooms’ oversized windows provide plenty of light and fresh air. A fireplace will provide cozy warmth, especially on chilly days. This is “Meerzeit.”
The entrance on the first floor is easily accessible from the parking space, which is also equipped with an electric charging station. In the hallway, you’ll find a spacious entry area from which you can access the bathroom with a shower, the sauna, the utility room with a Miele washer-dryer, and the two ground-floor bedrooms.
The latter consist of one room with two single beds and one double bedroom. If you’re planning a “workation” rather than a traditional vacation, both rooms feature a small workspace where you can retreat. Storage space for your clothes and a Smart TV in each room are also provided. Floor-to-ceiling windows in both bedrooms open onto the beautiful garden, which is furnished with high-quality furniture. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the view of the reeds typical of the Baltic Sea. Because of this, the garden plot has a dune-like character and blends seamlessly into the “real” dunes.
The spa on the first floor, consisting of a sauna, a walk-in shower, and a sink, also has access to the terrace, just like the two bedrooms. You can even enjoy the wonderful view of the dunes right from inside the sauna.
For more of the sea, a beautiful private path through the garden leads you directly to Dierhagen’s fine-sand beach. When you return from sunbathing, you can look forward to cooling off under the garden shower.
The Strand Hus is an eco-friendly wooden house insulated with cellulose and built using particularly sustainable building materials.
