During the peak booking season from June through September, consecutive-night stays are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the “Non-binding Inquiry” feature. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

For DEPARTURES on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the CLEANING FEE increases by 50%.

If you are traveling with a pet, an additional CLEANING FEE of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee will be sent as a separate invoice and is due with your second payment.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula is located between Rostock and Stralsund.
You can reach Prerow via the B 105, taking the Löbnitz intersection and heading toward Barth, or the Altheide intersection, then via Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and, in addition to its white sandy beach, offers many excursion options, such as the Maritime Museum, the Ozeaneum, the “Hanse Dom” water park in Stralsund, the Marlow Bird Park, Karls Erlebnisdorf in Rövershagen, and much more. In the spring and fall, you can observe cranes. The surrounding area is perfect for long bike rides.
