The villa is composed of two floors, each with separate entrance and a trulli.. There are 7 rooms differently decorated, with high quality bedlinen, ensuite modern bathroom and individual AC. There are two open space equipped kitchens with living/dining room. From the roof you can spot the sea and also Ostuni’s old town and also amazing panoramic views of the forest and surrounding cities.
We use fotovoltaic panels for electricity and hot water. The villa has safe private free parking. In wintermonths the villa is heated. The garden has a private all year round pool (not heated), pergolas and lots of fruit and olive trees.
