Especially during the hot summers of the Rhine valley, the cool apartment offers a pleasant retreat. The accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m wide), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



The apartment has access to a shared garden with a private entrance. Supermarkets, bakeries, and a train station are nearby. The property is ideal for guests attending the Volksschauspiele or exploring the surrounding area, such as Baden-Baden, the Black Forest, and Alsace.



A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Please observe quiet hours during your stay (no noise after 10 pm). By confirming your booking, you accept the house rules, which can be requested from the owner if needed. Flexible check-in and check-out times are available upon request.



Security cameras are installed on the property. The living room has a sofa bed (1.40 m wide) but cannot be darkened. Complimentary coffee pods, filter coffee, various teas, and laundry detergent are provided.
