“This house was perfect for our trip to Lima to see a show. The house was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal, including a well stocked fridge! “We couldnt get in or get ahold of owner at check in time, so we couldnt cancel before check in time. Home is in a bad neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets full of junk and pans etc were nasty. Fridge was dirty and mildew in freezer. Bedroom1 pillows were brown and old. Bedroom 2 there was saw dust all over the bed and there was either mold, or bug feces onbox springs. Bedroom 3 had no sheets on the bedand stains all over pillows. There was no heat coming into any of the bedrooms. There was snow and...

“We were in Ohio to visit family and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This place was perfectly tucked away in a nice area, beautifully decorated and was a great choice for us. Only recommendation is to have better cleaning prior to stays. Some areas such as the fridge were not cleaned although most of the unit was clean. May be helpful to add more towels for multiple guests, and have hand soap in the bathroom. Other than those small things, awesome place!!”
