We were welcomed at check in. I like the relaxed setting: sitting at a desk and chatting. Comfortable room with the usual amenities. I like the wood floor instead of a carpet. Nice place.

Didn't care for breakfast in a bag, but did enjoy the fireplace. Was only 1 desk chair in room and no other seating except at foot of bed. Not comfortable for relaxing.

During our stay there was a snowstorm and they were starting to clear the snow at 6am very welcoming staff and Knowledgeable about the area. Lots of close bars and restaurants to choose within walking distance

It was lovely ! We would recommend this inn to friends and family. Our daughter and her husband ice climb in Ouray each winter and would enjoy staying here .

Abram Inn is a mixed bag. The location toward the end of Ouray before US 550 - the "Million Dollar Highway" - climbs out of the canyon is nice. The parking in a sheltered courtyard area is good. The grounds, with attractive hanging flower pots by the room entrances, are pleasant. On the downside, the room furnishings have seen better days. The mattresses - at least the in our room - are well past their prime. Yet this is not a "cut rate" establishment. Nightly room prices are similar to every other lodging in town. A lodger does not feel "cheated" but also does not feel that they are getting a good deal. We loved Ouray and definitely will be back. But we are unlikely to return to the Abram.

Or, was it that we wouldn't give you an extra breakfast voucher because you couldn't tell the truth about how many people were staying in the room? Interesting...

Great place. Easy walking to restaurants. Nice TV and internet. Parked right by our room. Only concern was the shower floor is very slick. They provide one mat but it needs two.

The parking lot is very tight, so you aren’t getting a big truck or anything with a trailer in the small parking lot, but other parking is available nearby. Staff were great, very clean and a great location on the edge of town.

A great place to stay.
Hotel lived up to exactly what the reviews said it would be. Very clean, great water pressure in the shower. Beds were comfy, not lumpy. Loved the breakfast vouchers at Mi Mexico for breakfast. Arrived at the hotel in the dark. Woke up to spectacular views from all angles. Would love to come back again.

Great place!
Excellent place to stay in Ouray. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the outdoor seating options had unbeatable views for enjoying a warm summer evening and a beverage. The owner, who works the front desk, is a lovely woman who is very helpful and has lots of great recommendations. I'll be staying here again.

The property itself was fantastic with a great location. However, the staff completely ruined the experience. After not informing my family of a check-out time, the staff knocked on our room door at 10:45 and threatened to call the police since we had not yet evacuated the premises by the 10:30 check-out time. I informed the staff that we were unaware of the check-out time but that we were packing up our several children and would be leaving shortly. This did not dissuade the staff who double down about calling the police. In my opinion, the Abram Inn completely failed the mission of hospitality.

Thank you for a review. The housekeeping staff informed you of checkout time, and you started to talk back to them. After not checking-out, the front desk informed you again of the check-out time, and again, you talked back and yelled at him. Your "mission of hospitality" is that you can sit in the room for as long as you want, treat the staff with nothing but disrespect, and nobody can saying anything. Nobody threatened to call the police. But, glad you enjoyed every other aspect of the stay and one experience that you caused ruined everything in the past.
