“We have just spent two nights at the lovely Harbor Inn on Ocracoke Island. We stayed in a Standard room (1st Floor Harborfront King with a private deck). The room was great. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. There was also a little kitchen area with a fridge, a microwave and coffee making facilities. “A beautiful, well appointed spot. However, there are some issues with the service. The on site gentleman was wonderful. They were in my room fixing the fireplace when I arrived, had to come fix it again, left me just with a sheet when I said I had allergies to down-requiring me to call for a blanket, and did not have the plunges or sauna operational the duration of my stay. To their credit, they worked to get at least the sauna running. However, they only revealed the issue AFTER I booked...
