Grad weekend

House was very neat and clean. It was also very quiet despite being just off of a very busy street. Definitely would consider staying here again.

The host was awesome to deal with!! The rugs were a bit dirty, the sinks were on the short side and we couldn’t keep the temperature in the house regulated!!

This home was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Overland Park. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood that was quiet and safe. The basement game room was where we hung out every evening. The kids loved having their own rooms upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. There are stores very close to the home to get whatever you need. Would 100% stay again!!

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our weekend at this property! Such a beautiful house, very spacious and the game room was a great hang out space. Communication with our guest contact was great, booking was super easy.

We stayed 3 nights. We could gather together or spread out on the comfy couches. Beds were comforable and we enjoyed the nice kitchen, bathrooms, first floor laundry and lower level rec room.We would stay there again.

MNF Chiefs /Buccaneers game.

The house was great. Everything you need to cook and serve 6 adults and more. Rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Never been to Kansas City before but enjoyed the area and the experience was nothing but positive.

Great house! Full of amenities! Property host awesome!!

We had a great stay! House was just as described! Clean, cozy updated decor with plenty of room and kitchen stocked well with enough to cook meals! Ping pong and pool table were a nice extra! Host responded quickly to questions we had! Would absolutely stay here again! Only recommendation would be black out curtains over the blinds. Thank you for your hospitality!

Softball Tournament

Came up for a 4 day softball tournament. My staff and i really enjoyed the place. It was perfect for what we needed for sure. We play this tournament every Summer definitely will look to stay here again

Very Nice property

We had a great time here. We had 1 of our married kids and 3 granddaughters come with us and our other 2 kids and a wife along with our grandson who live in KC join us for most of the days. It was very spacious and met our needs. There was a pool table and ping pong table in the basement and a full backyard. Great kitchen with updated appliances. Easy access to interstates to explore the city

Good place to stay

OP Family Home met our size, location, amenity, and budget needs perfectly. Overall it was easy and comfortable. As the pictures show, the decor is dated, but it’s clean and everything works.

Work trip

The property was great. We had everything we would need just like at home. Lots of towels, comfortable beds. TVs in most all rooms, kitchen had anything you would need. The host Amy was great , responsive and there to help if we needed anything. I would stay again and recommend to friends or family.

Nice house in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this home! The living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked cookware and dishware -- we had what we needed to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out. Our granddaughter enjoyed the nearby neighborhood park, which was about a 10 minute easy walk from the house. We will keep this house in mind for future visits to Overland Park.

Location is good for restaurants.Neighborhood is quiet.Property could use some updating.Faucets on some sinks and showers really stiff to turn on.Air conditioning not sufficient to cool upstairs.Bedrooms too warm to sleep in.

Cozy OP house

House is roomy w/ plenty of space to eat, hangout, work. Needs some minor sprucing up (broken blinds in bedroom) and some more plates and glasses in kitchen (mostly plastic plates and cups). Overall a good deal for the price. Had a good stay.

Great house! Tons of room!

This was a great house. It’s huge! The sofas and TVs are great. The game room downstairs is awesome, although we didn’t use it. The kitchen is really nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very good. Communication is excellent! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The house is just as the pictures show. The ping pong table and pool table were a hit with our boys. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. The neighborhood is safe and the backyard felt private which was nice. The house was generally clean though the downstairs had pieces of drywall on the carpet and furniture. Not a big deal as I just vacuumed it up. Nice house.

Spacious Home!

We rented this property due to its location for volleyball tournament events! It's a very spacious home in a quiet neighborhood! Our kids loved the downstairs with the pool table and ping pong table! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
