The property was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Close to our events and affordable from a comparative standpoint. Fun fact, there is a perfect square 4 mile run "around the block". Thanks again!

The accommodations were great and just as described. Very clean & perfect for our stay! It was nice to have a fenced yard for our dog! The location is great! We will definitely try to stay there again if available.

We were here for a trade show and it worked out great. The location was close to where we were going. There was a lot to do near by. We ate at Cactus Grill and it was really good food. There was plenty of room it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a unique and cute property! We saw all kinds of birds, squirrels, and bunnies. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. He even checked on us after a nasty windstorm. There were lots of neat buildings they seemed to be renovating for various purposes. Excellent experience.

The barndominium was comfortable and set up well. It was in a good neighborhood and close to restaurants/stores and an easy enough drive into Kansas City. The air hockey table was a big hit!

This is an adorable cottage! It fresh, clean, homey. I had some issues with my VRBO account and the host reached directly. He was friendly and understanding. Will definitely keep this place as a first option for my next visit to the area. Thank you!

Cute, very comfortable cabin to spend some time at. I was there for a week and had everything I needed to get a good night's sleep, make meals, do laundry and relax. Full kitchen, laundry room, relaxing living room. Quiet neighborhood that is close to everything you might need. I'm in KC a few times a year, I plan to see if this rental is available every time I'm in the area again.

We planned a KC trip for a game at Kauffman Stadium and for a day at Oceans of fun but aren't fans of staying in KC. The Cottage was the best thing would could have done. The host was amazing. We thought we needed to check in earlier ahead of time and they were going to accommodate that. Cottage was clean and set up so perfect. My 2 daughters loved it. The neighborhood was amazing (Upper class) makes a real comfortable feeling. reason I didn want to stay in KC . Was nice having the laundry option and the kitchen was so cute. The Air Hockey table was a bonus for my 3 & 9 daughter's they loved it. We come from a small town and how this Cottage is placed and and setup made us feel like we never left home. Definitely going to stay here again anytime we go back to KC. PS whenever we left for something my 3 yr old asked when we are going back to the pretty house. Highly recommend staying here

The Cottage at Blue Hawk farms was such an awesome stay! If you are looking for a unique, beautifully & thoughtfully decorated rental that is super accommodating with a fantastic location. THIS IS THE PLACE! 110% Whether being a visitor from out of town, or just taking up a stay-cation... it's literally perfect and you cannot beat the immense value you receive at the price! You won't find much that even compares, truthfully. Our contact Joshua was so courteous & informative. They also added some very special touches to our stay that showed they truly are invested in their guests experience! And wow did we appreciate it! Highly recommend this VRBO rental, if you get the opportunity to book it, DO IT! Fantastic stay! A on all check boxes! We hope to be back for sure. Thank you for everything & ensuring we had a great time!
