Had you have let us know about some of the difficulties you were having either on our email address or on our customer helpline, we may have been able to resolve these issues during your stay. We were sorry to hear that you found our onboarding process difficult, we have put this process in place as we operate on a self check in basis, therefore obtaining information about the guests that stay with us is important for the safety of other guests and to prevent fraud. However, if any guest ever has an issue with completing the process we encourage them to discuss this with us and come to an agreeable arrangement. We were very sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with noise during your stay. You did let us know about the issue a few days into your stay and we were able to contact the fellow guests that were causing some of the noise issues, as they had young children. Unfortunately we were unable to rectify the noise issues from external vehicles, but we are pleased to say that this is quite a rare occurrence at Rana Court. We were also sorry to hear that the apartment did not meet some of your expectations in appearance, we will review your comments with our property team to see where we can improve on this. Dear Selja, Our sincere apologies for the telephone number on Expedia being incorrect. We have since reviewed this and have found that it was changed on all of our other properties on Expedia except this one! This has now been resolved. Although our phone numbers appear on all of our guest emails, we now know that none of these were sent through to you from the 3rd party travel agent, this meant that you had very little information before checking in, just to make matters worse.
