Sip'n Time

Summary:

“Sip’n Time” is a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath stand-alone 2 story

cottage located within the beautiful Rowandale neighborhood. Located less

than 2 miles from the Square and Ole Miss Campus and 5 miles from the Ole

Miss Golf Course, the Rowandale neighborhood features 3 community pools,

walking trails, sand volleyball courts, and basketball courts!



The Space:

All areas of the cottage have abundant natural light. Each of the 3 bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom

and queen size bed. An additional ½ bath is located in the open concept living area. We have a fully

equipped kitchen for your convenience including NEW stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar with seating,

dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Laundry is also available on the 2nd floor.

Linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and hair dryers are all provided.



Guest Access:

The entire townhouse is yours to enjoy during your stay. With a keypad entry, you’ll have seamless self-check-in and check-out for added convenience and flexibility.



Other Things to Note:

Visit The Square for boutique shops and local restaurants.

On the Red line of the OUT bus, you’ll have easy access to campus for game days.
