Hollywood Beach Manor en la playa. Ven en esta hermosa casa de 3 pisos. Cuando entras, el primer piso te saluda con un rincón en el lado izquierdo para relajarte en un cómodo sofá cama con un televisor de pantalla plana. Fácil acceso al garaje adjunto para 2 autos junto con entrada al patio trasero. También en este piso encontrará un dormitorio con una cama queen size y baño completo. Arriba, en el segundo piso, se encuentra el comedor, la cocina de concepto abierto, la sala de estar y la sala familiar con vista al puerto y al club náutico de Channel Islands. Abríguese en la habitación familiar que incluye televisión de pantalla plana, chimenea y balcón. Le espera en el tercer nivel el dormitorio principal con baño en suite, vestidor y balcón. Otras dos habitaciones adicionales con camas Queen Size y baño Jack and Jill se encuentran en este piso. Beautiful home

This home was booked for family to stay for our son's wedding. We were incredibly happy with the accommodations. The pictures were great but in person this home was spectacular, and our family made memories that will last a lifetime.

Just beautiful!

Everything about this house was beautiful! The location was wonderful with the marina out the front door and the beach just a few steps away. The views of the sunset from the roof were just incredible. The big windows let in so much light. It was a perfect house for our girls trip, and we plan on returning next year!

Perfect for multiple families!

Close to beach, close to farmers market, coffee and restaurants. Lots for the kids to do. Plenty of space indoors when it was raining for the kids to play. Huge property, super clean. Hot tub was great. We will be back!

Great time!

The home was a beautiful house with room for everyone! It was great to walk to the beach right around the corner. There were boogie boards and bikes to use in the garage. The kitchen had basic necessities to use but needed some simple cooking spices/oils. Check in and out was very simple and clear. Overall it was a fabulous trip with my family!we would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home w/terrific layout & comfortable furniture; rooftop, front & back patios are outstanding; excellent location (1 min walk to expansive, scenic beach area); lovely marina, bike rentals, museum, restaurants across street). Very clean; well stocked w/essentials & extras for house & beach; REMAX staff extremely helpful, professional & responsive. Low water pressure in showers (perhaps cleaning shower heads might help). Kitchen needs a manual can opener. Recommend this property w/o hesitation. Would definitely return to this location!

Modern Beauty with Great Amenities

I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful modern house, which was within walking distance of the beach. The whole process was very optimized and easy! Everyone in our group LOVED the look, feel, and vibe of the house. It was fully equipped and ready for use. It was clean and I appreciate that toiletries and cleaning products were readily available. Furthermore, the hosts were so helpful and accommodating! They allowed us to check in a little earlier for some family members who were coming in early! I would definitely book here again.

It was exactly what we needed for various family members coming and going. Please provide window coverings in guest bathrooms! Also, master bedroom mattress getting lumpy and needs to be replaced.

Relaxing stay at Oxnard

Our group of 10 friends seeking a great place to relax and adequately celebrate Thanksgiving just went through a fantastic experience at this place. Very well designed for having your private space to rest and central common areas to cook together, eat or chill on the sofa. It is also extremely close to the beach, giving you a perfect vibe, as we just discovered how beautiful Oxnard sunsets are. The house was fully equipped when we arrived, with a seamless check-in process. The team in charge of the house was super responsive (even though that was Thanksgiving). Recommending!

Clean, Spacious, Comfortable

This was a staff retreat with 10 women. There is ample room in this home for everyone to be comfortable. The furniture is comfortable and it had a nice big kitchen, dining table and living space. The home is super clean which is really appreciated. The spa and the fireplace were not working which was disappointing, as well as the dispenser trap in the dishwasher (a review from two years ago said the same thing). There are only 3 full bathrooms, with 2 half-baths. The bathrooms don't have any window coverings and neighbors can see right in, even the toilet and the shower. One guy standing on a neighboring balcony at night wearing a black hoodie caused us concern with no way to cover the windows. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. The house is perfectly positioned with the yacht club on one side and the beach on the other. The kitchen is supplied pretty well, although no plastic wrap, foil, or storage bags and limited paper towels. If you plan to cook, I suggest bringing those things. Would definitely return, although we'd bring something to cover the bathroom windows with. :)

A Place for All Ages in a Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hollywood Beach Manor was an ideal location for our family reunion. We, being ready to try something different from a cruise, found this to be an ideal option. We enjoyed a different brand of quality time together staying in a spacious beach house than a cruise, in some ways, offers. We had family members ranging in age from 4 years old to 74. Sleeping configuration was ideal for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed the gourmet in us to create delicious meals for all four days of our stay. The dining area was fairly formal, roomy and inviting.The view just east of us from the living area and master suite gave a picturesque view of the marina with nautical beauty, while the warm sandy beach was just west of the manor, a short walk away. We found enjoyment outdoors walking on the warm sand down to the shoreline, the kids engaging in sand and water play, along with a perfect setting for a nap by the water. There was an ebb and flow of waves inviting play. Beach towels were provided. There were very few people on the beach allowing our family plenty of privacy . The neighborhood was charming. Some original one story beach houses remain, as we learned about Hollywood stars like Clark Gable and James Stewart being original visitors to Hollywood Beach. People were friendly that we encountered on our neighborhood walks. We enjoyed the provided games, especially "3 Man Chess." During the day, some of us ventured toward Santa Barbara, other into Ventura. We found delicious fish and chips not far from us for take out, along with yummy doughnuts. Food markets were within manageable distance as well as a Costco. The property management company was responsive and professional. The manor was pristine and the ambiance inviting. The master suite was private with its own private stairway and was lockable from other sleeping areas on the third story. We recommend this vacation hom

Great house!

Great location, clean, plenty of amenities, stocked kitchen, bbq available, 1 minute walk to beach, beautiful rooftop patio with fantastic hot tub. We loved our stay!
