Our stay at this St. Martin villa was truly one of our favorite vacations ever. Richard and Corrine were incredibly attentive from the start—communication and recommendations before arrival were excellent, and they always replied promptly. The welcome gift basket and stocked bar were thoughtful touches.The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The views are exactly like the photos—absolutely stunning. The private pool was perfect, and being just steps from an uncrowded, almost private-feeling beach made every day amazing. We also loved that we could call the resort next door to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us. Snorkeling was fantastic with three reefs right out front.Access to the neighboring resort was a huge bonus. The restaurants, market, and friendly staff were wonderful, and daily happy hours quickly became a highlight. Renting a car for a couple of days to explore the island was easy to arrange right at the resort.The beauty of the villa, the island, and the friendliness of the people make this a must-experience destination. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

The view as you walk in is stunning. Corrine picked the perfect colors for glass countertops and furnishings. We had everything we needed and more!! Unfortunately, not the fault of the owners, the time of year (September) was bad because of the sargassum seaweed. We could not swim in the ocean, but the pool made up for it! We were able to cook on the grill and have several lovely dinners! It was wonderful!I must say as a side note, that the directions and signage of the resort could have been better (not the fault of the owners)

The sargassum could not be removed because of 3 sea turtle nnests

Absolutely beautiful Villa! Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay! Richard is an awesome owner and happy to help with anything needed. The local property staff is equally terrific. Villa is super clean and they have made the effort to overstock it with whatever you may need, including all kitchen necessities, bath and beach towels, a fully stocked bar, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and a bluetooth speaker! Appliances are all high-end and washer/dryer was a major plus! You can walk to the local restaurants and market on the property and other options are close by. Outdoor area is phenomenal, great pool, chairs, grill and right on the beach! Enjoy!

Perfect vacation spot/getaway

This villa is everything described and more. It was easy to book and communicate with the owners. We have been going to oyster pond area for the past 5 years and this property is by far the best. The villa is very clean and well kept and we love the outdoor space. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and villa and only ventured out 2 days during our week stay. I would highly recommend this property. We are already looking to book our return trip!

This property is a Home Run! It’s everything it’s advertised as and beyond. Location is GREAT! It is close to many places and good restaurants.We were there for 12 days but wish we were there several more. The host is a gem to work with. We definitely will be back.

Perfect

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The resort was walking distance on the beach and we were able to eat at the restaurant several times and shop at the market for our food. The short distance to the resort made our stay so enjoyable while feeling completely private in our villa. The pool and beach were secluded enough for us to feel like we had the entire ocean to ourselves. It was so relaxing and perfect. The people on the island are ALL friendly and welcoming. It has such a nice vibe. The French restaurants had some of the best food I've had and we didn't eat at a bad place. All of the food was so good. The Big Fish restaurant near the villa is amazing. Great food and a kind staff. The French pastries from the French side almost made us cry, they were so fabulous. Definitely a foodie trip if you like to eat! You will not be sad you stayed here. We hope to return soon!!

Amazing

What a great place and location. The villa was amazing and had everything you could ask for. The resort next door was very convenient for light grocery shopping as well as enjoying dinner or a cocktail just a short walk away. The island itself was easy to navigate as we visited every part of the island. Overall couldn't ask for much better from this villa.

Simply amazing

This is one of the best VRBO stays we have ever had. It is well stocked with everything one might need: from ziplock bags to four different types of coffee machines. The apartment is spacious, beautifully appointed, and feels comfortable. The beach is semi-private, we had a max of 6 other people around us. Many times there was nobody at all. The management team is very responsive and welcoming. Overall rating: 10 STARS!

Everything and more

Amazing villa and location. Walked out to Dawn Beach every morning for a dip in the ocean. Morning coffee on the patio with the sounds of waves gently crashing in the background. Corinne has thought of everything with amenities and she is easy to contact. Having access to OBBR amenities and restaurants was awesome. If you want a great experience rent this villa.

Perfection!

My husband and I and two other couples stayed at Corinne’s villa for my 50th birthday. From start to finish, we experienced nothing but top notch service and amenities. Corinne was amazing to work with and responded immediately to my inquiries about her villa and the booking process. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and made everything effortless. The villa itself is stunning with large rooms and amazing views. There was no detail overlooked and nothing we needed once we got there. The villa was spotless upon arrival and Victoria did an amazing job keeping it that way during our stay. Everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable! The entire team at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort was amazing. There were activities and events and no shortage of staff willing to help with any request. The resort restaurants were excellent. Juan was always ready to provide transportation for our group. I can’t say enough about all the people who took care of us. They made sure we had a good time. We had the best time and hope to make it back soon!

Paradise get away

We had an amazing stay while on vacation at Villa Corinne in July with my husband and two other couples. The accommodations were outstanding, and would be wonderful for a family with kids or adults-only. The house had everything we needed and there were days where we just lounged there given the comfort and amenities. We played trivia, floated in the pool, slept in late, walked down the beach to the hotel bar/restaurant, etc. We rented 2 cars in advance, which were waiting for us, these made it easy to visit different beaches and experience some of the wonderful restaurants on the island. I wouldn't hesitate to book Villa Corinne again!

Perfect Stay

We just visited with our 2 teens as well as grandma and grandpa. In short the place is excellent. We loved hanging out on the patio and in the pool. When it got too hot we’d come inside to cool off. The house itself was nothing short of amazing. Victoria does an amazing job cleaning. There is a lot of glass but not a fingerprint to be found. This isn’t just hotel clean, it’s spotless as if we were the first ones there. As Corinne noted, she fully stocked the place and she wasn’t kidding. We had everything we could ever think off. I’ll call out the bbq which made for some great fish and steaks (as was as clean as a brand new one). Finally, I’ll second the recommendation to rent a car through the front desk. The car was waiting for us when we got there and they even came to pick it up for us when we got ready to leave. We can’t wait to come back again !!!

Perfect Beach Vacation in a luxury home

Corinne’s villa is incredible! From the moment we walked into the Villa we were in awe of the views, the decor and the cleanliness of the home. There was a very generous gift basket welcoming us which was so thoughtful! The Villa is even better than the pictures! Everything you need is provided in the home and Corinne has thought of everything, even beach bags for her guests! We loved relaxing by the pool daily and looking out into the ocean. Beach chairs and umbrellas were set up for us each morning to use when we wanted and there were rafts and tubes for use in the pool. It was very peaceful and private at the pool and exactly what we were looking for. Corinne provided so many restaurant suggestions and activities on the island which were very helpful! We loved all the various cuisines on the island! It was also nice and convenient to be able to walk to the resort next to us on the beach for the restaurants, bar and grocery store. We did hire Chef Sherman one evening to cook in the villa and it was absolutely glorious! What an experience and I highly recommend it! Lastly, I have to mention Victoria. She is a gem! She comes daily and cleans the villa so it’s spotless. She is so kind, sweet and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the villa and the island of St Maarten! We will absolutely be back! Thank you Corinne for sharing your home with us.

Absolutely Spectacular Villa

We absolutely loved this property and will definitely book again in the future. First, the location is great - very quiet & private, the beach is right there and the water is fantastic. Then there is the Villa, which has to be one of the best VRBO rentals I have ever had the pleasure of renting - it has everything you could possibly ask for - every appliance, dish, full bar, wine / cocktail glasses and a charming housekeeper that keeps everything looking great during the stay. Finally, Corinne was an outstanding host - she was very proactive with her communications and always willing to answer questions before our arrival. And ... her restaurant recommendations rocked !! Thanks again !!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE OVERALL

My wife and I spent a portion of our honeymoon at Villa Corinne and had the best time! Corinne was wonderful to work with in booking our stay at Villa Corinne and was so helpful along the way. The arrival/check in process was so easy, with a shuttle from the airport and the ability to book a rental car at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort a short walk from the Villa. The Oyster Bay Beach Resort facilities were wonderful. The infinity pool was incredible, the spa offerings were great, and the restaraunts were delicious. This is not to mention the beautiful view and amazing pool at the property. The service to have groceries delivered ahead of our stay was so convenient. And the Villa had everything anyone would ever need for cooking, laundry, or anything else to have a wonderful stay. In short, Corinne and her Villa were wonderful and we are hoping to be back to Villa Corinne soon!

Just Wonderful

Wonderful property with all the comforts of home + more. The villa is exactly as pictured. Clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything a family needs (fully equipped kitchen- spices/coffee/ tea, stocked bar, beach bag and towels, floaties, cooler, charging port and even a portable speaker). It is apparent that a lot of thought has been put in this property. Great, quiet location away from the hustle/bustle of the tourist areas, but still close to grocery stores and restaurants. Area felt safe- villa is gated and had security guards on premise in the evenings. Beach is quiet as well. As mentioned from other reviews, there were sea weeds, however, it was cleaned up every morning and my family still enjoyed our time in the beach/water. Highly recommended property and manager was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for having us Corrine. Also grateful for Victoria (house keeper) for taking care of us.

The concern when booking through VRBO is that the property won’t measure up to the pictures… 100% not the case here. Corinne’s villa was BETTER than the pictures. Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental can be found in Corinne’s villa: Oceanfront with a fabulous view, private pool, great beach, tons of space, comfortable beds, a stocked bar, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Corinne’s villa and are looking forward to a return trip. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Corinne for sharing your home!

Amazing Villa

We could not have have for a better place ti stay. Perfect location, private pool was cleaned daily, beach access within steps of the Villa Corinne provided everything you could need and more, not to mention a full welcome packet with info about the property, places to go off property. Daily housekeeping services were excellent. We look forward to staying again.

Perfection

This place is magical. Literally everything you could possibly need we had available for use. The other villas are not as well equipped either, it’s evident. Victoria the housekeeper is amazing and keeps the villa spotless. Everyone at the resort was friendly and kind. The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had some weather due to Fiona and a lot of seaweed but once the weather cleared the resort cleaned the beach. This didn’t take away from our trip! The villa provided the entertainment. We will visit again for sure, if anyone is on the fence I say do it. It’s a home feel with resort amenities. You can’t go wrong. The owners are wonderful too. They get back to you immediately. It’s truly is a beautiful place to experience. Corinne’s Villa is a must.
