“What a great find! We booked Trailhead Lodge at the last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Mark was so friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Eureka Springs. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. “I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet.
Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush...”

“We never received our code for check in and no one answers the phone. My husband finally had to go find the office to get our room code. There wasn’t enough parking, our bathroom door would get stuck when you closed it, and our room smelled like paint. There were several outdoor sitting areas that were very nice, but it definitely doesn’t look like the pictures.”
