“The Benton is close enough to downtown to walk if you choose to. Lots of places to eat, drink, find coffee, groceries nearby. Ample parking. The unit itself was very clean and thoughtfully/tastefully decorated. Everything worked, was easily accessible. Quiet. We would definitely look to stay here again.”

“We stayed here for a race in downtown Springfield and it was super close. Also, this place was incredibly clean! I loved the old building vibes and the beds were very comfortable. It’s good to know that there isn’t any coffee or anything, so you’ll want to bring your own. Otherwise, perfect stay!”

“We stayed for a weekend with another couple. It was setup really well for a couples stay. There are two bedrooms, each very roomy and with their own bathrooms. We all agreed that it was really nice and roomy. We took advantage of its location being very close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. It was outfitted with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This was the perfect property for what we needed. It had 3 beds which allowed me and 2 other adults to have our own sleeping quarters. There was a great sitting room for us to visit between wedding activities. Location is great and in close proximity to downtown Eureka Springs.”

“Right off the main strip. Parking right at the entrance of the house. (Around back) Welcoming and warm inside the house. The bedroom facing the street had lots of windows to let the light in, a TV with cable/satellite and a nice porch (slight slant forward) for morning hot tea. The street is below, so it can get loud in the morning. The middle room had a TV for video games, one large window and no door. The bathroom was big and the tub was huge. (Washer and dryer included along with bottle soap...

“The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!”

“The property is not on the best street or the best neighborhood. Didn't feel scared or think it was a bad neighborhood, but it is a little ways from anything with a tear down of an old home next door and old homes around it that are not part of the renovation of the town yet. This particular old complex has been renovated and the place was nice. Great if you just need a clean, simple place to stay.”

“Tucked away little secluded spot, decorated with a fishing theme since it’s right on the water. Steps down to the private dock so maybe not ideal for very young children. Very clean inside with all the amenities needed. Close to Branson without being in the middle of all the traffic. Perfect for our family and will definitely be staying again.”

“We enjoyed this property so much. It was in a quite location but a good spot for walking to restaurants and shopping. Very clean, no surprises or disappointments. We were there on Easter weekend so not as many stores or restaurants were open as usual. As we typically go to Eureka to rest, that was ok. But they are headed into their busy season so if you're going, don't hesitate to book this cool apartment.”
