“We spent very nice time at the hotel. We got a really good deal on Expedia, when we got to the hotel the prices were twice higher. All the installations are very nice, clean and beautiful. We got room upgrade because of our wedding there and wo0o0o0o0o0o0w it was excellent! Karon beach itself is very nice and it is big enough so don´t worry about too many people in low season. Great restaurants in the hotel. Lots of food to choose from. Don´t miss the SPA! it is amazing!”

“Property is excellent, good facilities and comfortable bed. Could possibly do with good maintenance and shower drain water is blocked / slow moving and broken toilet seat. Staff are friendly and polite but on the day there was no power in the resort, we were offered only 1 alternative i.e. transport to the nearest beach which we didn't intend to go. Children play area is nearby but limited. Cleaning only once during the 2 weeks of our stay. Overall great place to stay with children, great pool...
