“No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room. Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side. This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around. Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. ”

“Just a few step to access the beach. We love this place and perfect short stay here! Location, Room comfortable, Ambience and all things are perfect. Entire staff are great actions! All has been caring with kinds and attentive. Especially resort cleaner, she's very helpful and well manner willing to proceed highest hospitality. “The entire team at this prestigious resort were amazing. If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax be sure to visit here. Film, the general manager is excellent and very welcoming. He made us feel at home with stories about his family and organised transfers for our onward journey too. Nothing was too much trouble. ”

“The villa is really nice and perfect for a family. Location was a bit tricky as many grab drivers couldn’t find it so that made it difficult to get to. Business map pin needs to be updated. Other than that, the villa is in a quiet spot but close to a convenience store and walking distance to a lot of restaurants (if you don’t mind walking in the heat). The villa is very well kept and maintained.”

“Only pro is clean and spacious. Cons include lack of communication, never reply on messages, emails and SMS. Broken main door lock, cannot lock villa. House keeping never provide hand wash, and even no clean towels for every bathroom for a 4 bedroom villa on the last night.”
