“We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access...

“Welcoming and convenient”

“My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again!”

“We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. Lots of fun to be had in the arcade, and the hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus. Easy walk to the beach, lots of nice outdoor views nearby. Easy house rules, great experience overall.”

“The property was ok, fairly easy access to the beach. One bedroom had giant windows overlooking the main path of the property and did not have curtains. It was nice to be able to have our dog though and no huge fee for him to be with us. It was a perfect spot for our families long weekend”

“This adorable cottage overlooking the ocean is a tiny Lincoln City beach paradise. The property is clean and the garden is beautiful. We just left the screen door opened and listen to and watched the waves (when it was raining) and it was magical! A great relaxing weekend!”

“Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

“The views from this house are stunning. Especially on the top floor. Stairs from bottom level to second floor are very steep and unsafe for people who have issues with mobility. There was plenty of room for our party of seven.”

“Pros: Right on the beach! Amazing view! Nice open concept living area! Plenty of room! Exactly what you would expect from a beach house! Every kitchen item you would need! One of many houses available in this gated community, private! Beach fire allowed on the lower beach (at time of visit). Cons: House could use some love. Rebar sticking out of sand directly in front of deck HUGE HUGE safety issue!! Our 3 night stay needed more TP, major electrical issues in main bathroom, tub faucet on...

“We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!”

“This place definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to find and when we showed up, everything was very clean. The view from the entire house of the coastline is absolutely stunning. The upstairs loft was extremely comfortable to watch movies with the family and sip coffee in the morning while looking at the beautiful views. The back deck was extremely large and had lots of room for the kids to play. I would highly recommend this place and we definitely plan on coming back.”

“Entry stairs were tough for my parents. House was clean. Served our needs. There was no view at all, although it was not advertised with a view. I wrongly assumed a house on the beach with sand dunes meant we would have access from the house. We had to walk a short distance to access beach.”
