“The place was absolutely amazing! It had everything in the kitchen for meals, no need to bring blankets, pillows, beach chairs. Everything was provided. I went down with my granddaughter. We go down to that area every year, and we will definitely will be back at this place. Beach access was down the stairs and a couple steps to the right. She went down to the beach, and I stayed on the balcony and watched the ocean. Any questions we had on the property were immediately answered.”

“Pajaro Dunes is such a gem as you are in a secluded area of the coast because of all the surrounding farmland. Santa Cruz is just to the North & Monterey to the South! So much to see & do! We went in August & it was extremely quiet & peaceful.The unit is perfect in every way. The view of the Pajaro River, dunes, beach & birds is beautiful from inside & especially on the patio. It is on the second level but instead of steps there’s a long ramp. A large cart is provided to bring your supplies up....

“After driving from Iowa seeing the dunes colony was amazing as it felt we were in the country, it was very nice to be away from the hustle and bustle! Walking into the home the first thing your eyes go towards is the view from the windows! Even though we traveled out and about, it was great to come back to this home and be able to walk the beach. ”

“Wonderful location for Carmel Plaza and Ocean Avenue shopping and dinug. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The offered garage was specified for use by smaller cars, but appeared to only be suitable for Minis and Smartcars. ”
