“The hotel is okay for a quick stopover to sleep and leave. After 2 villages and farm work, I really wanted a pool and easy food options. No room service and the food court only had two stores open so I stayed at the property for maybe an hour. Then I left to another airport hotel I had frequented at my airport stays in Fiji. My fault I didn't notice no pool in the description. Basically I was feeling extra and didn't really give the place a chance. Bucket showers for a few days = pool please. ”

“Este hotel remodelado en 2022 tiene una pésima limpieza y muy mal servicio de atención al cliente, necesitan seriamente un curso de capacitación de todo el personal. No nos dejaron pagar la reserva con tarjeta en el hotel, bloqueando el pago de dicha reserva con 4 tarjetas diferentes porque querían que pagáramos en efectivo. Tuvimos que llegar a un acuerdo (pagando dos noches en efectivo y el resto de la reserva con una nueva reserva y con pago directo a la plataforma de Expedia) quedándonos sin...

“me gusto el eapacio, amplio, aereado, cocina equipada, la atencion en recepcion buena, los airea funcionando muy bien, pero lo que me moleato fue que aparecieron unos bichitos chiquitos en la cocina parecias hormigas blancas estuve alojada 4dias y aparecieron todos los dias, deberian de tratar de ver porque aparecwn esoa bichos es molesto, por lo demas todo ok.”

“Very spacious and well appointed villa with master bedroom upstairs and the other two at ground level. Appreciated the complimentary shuttle to and from sister property Pacific Hotel Resort that we used in some capacity every day. Lovely staff at both locations, too numerous to mention. ”
