Acogedora cabaña de esquí Packwood cerca de White Pass y Mt Rainier

Fantástica cabaña en Packwood, WA, a aproximadamente media hora de White Pass Ski Resort, a 15 minutos del Parque Nacional Mt Rainier y aproximadamente a una hora de Paradise.

1 cama queen 1 baño y un altillo para niños (altura libre y acceso por escalera). Tenemos una cama de aire disponible si es necesario para una persona extra o una pareja acogedora..
- pozo de fuego en la espalda,
- Barbacoa de carbón con carbón de mezquite real a mano, -
- Conexión wifi super rápida,
- Netflix y 4k TV de alta definición.

Los veranos son increíbles aquí, con un montón de pesca, caminatas y una gran pequeña ciudad de montaña para explorar.

Perfecto para la fotografía, observación de vida silvestre, observación de aves. Camine por el arroyo, camine por el lago. Pesca, senderismo y parques estatales están muy cerca.

Aunque es pequeña, nuestra cabina actualizada es tan agradable como la que encontrará en este rango de precios bajos. La cabina es hermosa y está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitará, excepto los alimentos que puede recoger en el camino.

Esta es la primera vez que enumeramos nuestra cabaña y es muy importante para nosotros que su estadía sea cómoda, fácil y cumpla con todas sus expectativas.

Nice weekend getaway

The cabin looked run down on the outside. Other cabins around, looked abandoned. Inside the cabin overall looked Okay.. it could be cleaner. The rugs look like they hadn’t been vacuumed, and we found several hairs in the bedding. One, very interesting fact was that the attic was closed off by a black plastic. That was half open. It was very creepy. There was some mattresses up there and some locked suitcases. It was very strange. Owner should disclose this and their listing to avoid people, feeling freaked out. The bad was very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was hard, but better than the bed. The area of the cabin was in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would not be staying there again. Or would recommend it to anyone.

Relaxing getaway

The cabin was conveniently located near downtown Packwood with easy access to Mt. Rainier National Park. It was comfortable and cozy with a well stocked kitchen. The indoor stove kept us warm at night and the outdoor fire pit was great to use. Highly recommend!

This is a very cute little cabin. It’s a little small I think for four people, but it does have the bed space. Would have liked a few more curtains on the windows for privacy, even though it’s pretty secluded. Overall, it was nice and cozy.

Great base camp to ski White Pass

We found a spot on the calendar for a quick two-night trip to ski white pass with the kids. This cozy little cabin was just right. Simple, clean, easy access to Packwood and a quick drive to the top of the pass. We will be back!

Cozy Cabin Next to Mt Rainier

We spent 3 days in Packwood at this cozy cabin celebrating our anniversary. We chose it because of its proximity to the national park. The check-in process was easy and it had all the basics thus allowing us to spend more time in the outdoors.

Absentee owner/unresponsive relies on neighbors to fill in

The issues noted below were also written in the host's guestbook by other renters (and were not torn out yet) 1) Ants crawling all over the tub, numerous dead ants on the windowsills 2) Instructions to enter house had 2 different door codes in the email, that took a bit to figure out 3) Caretaker/cleaner (Beverly) listed in the instructions has not been under contract with the owner for at least 2 years. However they were very kind and brought us a portable heater for the bedroom. She said this happens every so often as the owner has not updated the information in a long time. VRBO said "heat" is not listed in the property amenities so they could not do anything for me. 4) The biggest issue I have is with a host who lives 2 hours from the house, sending outdated/incorrect information and unreachable to resolve even minor situations. VRBO was also unable to contact the owner, and at the time of this review no communications or apologies. This property has potential, but until the owner steps up and makes things right, I would not recommend anyone renting this property.

Cozy Cabin!

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was cute, clean and had everything we needed. We stayed here to be close to Mount Rainer and to explore the local trails. It was great to be able to sit outside on the front porch at night. We also loved watching the elk just down the street. We had a great stay! Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!

Nice comfortable cabin

Nicely set up cabin. We did some great hikes nearby and relaxed on the big comfortable couch in the evenings and drank coffee around the fire pit in the mornings (we didn’t make a fire) The WiFi worked great and we watched a couple movies on the big screen that was available.

Perfect Rainier basecamp

This place is a little bit rustic, but has a ton of charm and everything you could need for a great trip to Rainier. All the necessities to make yourself a great meal, a fire pit to relax by, and great wifi too! Host is very responsive and helpful

Dusty place

This place needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. Dead bugs on the window. We had to kill about 10 giant flies that would not stop buzzing. Very dusty and pans could use an update. They had lots of asian condiments and a rice cooker, which was nice.

It’s “ok” for the price…

Over all the property was fine to stay at and the host was easy to communicate with but I was a little disappointed. The listing says there is a hot tub, but there is no hot tub. The property was moderately clean but still some cobwebs. Also the shower window instead of curtains (for privacy) was spray painted?. It should also be noted that the cabin is I between two busy roads. I do t want to be harsh, it just didn’t live up to the listing
