  • The Lyons Den le da la bienvenida para disfrutar de una escapada tranquila rodeada por el Bosque Nacional Gifford Pinchot, a pocos minutos de la estación de esquí White Pass y el Monte Rainier. Nuestra cabina cuenta con calefacción eléctrica y una estufa de leña clásica para mantenerse cómodo, una biblioteca de préstamos, juegos, WiFi, TV de pantalla plana, bañera de hidromasaje, parrilla, columpio, restaurantes, tiendas y deportes de nieve en la carretera. Con una combinación perfecta de conveniencia moderna y encanto rústico. Ingrese a la cabina para disfrutar de una canasta de bienvenida llena de café, cacao y algunas otras golosinas de cortesía. Estamos ubicados en Upper Timberline Village. Está bien mantenido y las carreteras siempre están aradas en invierno, por lo que nunca tendrá problemas para llegar a la cabina. Somos el vecindario más cercano a White Pass con un corto viaje de 17 minutos. Barrio muy seguro y aislado que te brinda mucha privacidad. Casa tiene cámara de seguridad de entrada.

This place was so cozy and perfect location to Mt. Ranier National Park. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bear skin hanging on the wall in the main bedroom was made from a giant teddy bear. So cute! The cleanliness of the property was top notch with a HUGE indoor jacuzzi tub as well as a hot tub on the back deck. Perfect after hiking The Skyline Loop Trail. We plan on staying again.

Property was as listed except for the jetted bathtub working only as a shower. Patio out back was nice to sit outdoors even though it was close to a neighbor, we never saw anyone. Kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs and beds were comfortable. A/C worked well and was able to keep the place cool enough even though it was exceptionally warm outside. Close to the town of Packwood to get groceries or restaurants. Good amount of seating for dining room and living room.

We loved our time here! We even had a visitor - a young bear trying to check out the trash (unsuccessfully). The home was comfortable and a great location to the park.

Amazing stay!

The house was very clean and has beautiful accommodations. We stayed as a family with young children and had a great time. There was a wide range of books and toys/games for the kids and we had a beautiful time in the backyard with the hot tub and the fire pit.

We loved this hidden gem! I traveled with my family of 5 to PNW to explore ONP and Mt Rainier. This was our third VRBO and it was our favorite. Owner had lots of board games and books to choose from. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The portable AC unit kept the rooms cool. Box fans in all the rooms was nice. We cooked breakfast on the Blackstone. It had all the amenities we needed and more. It was tucked quietly away in the woods and conveniently close to Mt Rainier entrance. For some reason I was most nervous about this booking. I ‘m not sure if the online pictures made it seem dated, but it wasn’t at all. Would definitely stay here again.

The Lyons Den was the perfect spot for our pre-backpacking stay. It is cute and comfortable with AC and fans that kept it cool despite the very warm weather. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The location was perfect to run into Packwood for dinner and then head out for an adventure in the Goat Rocks. A great stay!!

Great Ski Hangout

The property was conveniently located and close to both White Pass ski area and downtown Packwood. Property was clean and well equipped. Great cabin feel!

Great location for close to Packwood and Mount Rainier options! Great hot tub with extra towels included. Really more like 1.5 baths which worked out great for our group of 6 adults.

Great Ski Weekend

We had a great time at the property! The cabin is spacious and plenty of sleeping options. We went when it was very cold and the cabin had every blanket imaginable to keep you warm! Instruction binder was very helpful!

Park Trip

This was a nice comfy place to stay close to Mt Rainier National Park. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Very quiet and relaxing area. Hot tub was enjoyable and we played board games from the collection at the house. Shower is a little slippery but beds were super comfy.

Fun stay in Packwood

We enjoyed our stay at the Lyons Den. The communication was easy. The unit is convenient. We really enjoyed all the cooking utensils that were there. It made our meal prep seamless - like we were cooking at home because everything we needed was there!

Quiet ski cabin

The cabin was clean, the hot tub was hot, and the drive to white pass was 30 minutes (hard to get closer without getting a condo across from the resort). Advice to the owner (and anyone wanting to stay there with small children): the stair railing needs more balusters. They were very far apart (an adult could fit between them). Overall it was a great little place. Easy to get in and out and had the essential amenities needed.

winter stay

The property was as described. there was a very windy rain storm the first night that took jute power out for over 24 hrs but its to be expected as we were not at a tropical beach.. we are at a cabin in the woods. Host promptly communicated and we made a fire to stay warm and enjoyed our time.
