The detached mobile home is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday complex. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property of the lake and the sunny waterfront location. The following are available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Barbecuing with charcoal and electric grills is prohibited. A gas barbecue can be hired at reception for a deposit of €50.00 and a fee of €15.00. A baby set can be requested for a fee of €28.00 per week; this includes a cot and a high chair, each for children under 3 years of age. +++ Please note that this accommodation should only be booked if you are bringing a pet. The local landlord will still charge the fee for a pet in the event of arrival without a pet. +++.

An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your mobilehome can be heated with central heating. The use of air conditioning and heating is only included for a maximum of 8 hours per day. Any further use must be paid for additionally on site. The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV and The terrace has a lake view and there is a clothesline and a private jacuzzi. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 5 chairs. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs) and has direct access to a private bathroom. Bedroom with 1 double bed and has direct access to a private bathroom. Cooking nook in the living room with electric cooker induction cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.

Landeskategorie 4 Sterne, 100 Unterkünfte, Rezeption (Safe), 1 Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bar, Poolbar, Internet (WLAN) und Kinderspielzimmer. Die Rezeption hat von 08:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Im Kinderspielzimmer ist ein Bällebad und eine Mini-Kletterwand vorhanden. Das Bällebad ist während der Animationszeit geöffnet. Auch die Kreditkarten "Carta Si" und "Maestro/EC" werden akzeptiert.

Padenghe sul Garda. The mobile home is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The public beach with direct pedestrian access is easily reachable from Camping della Colombaia.

The campsite has a private jetty, accessible from the beach, as well as a slipway for hauling in boats and dinghies.

Along the pedestrian path that runs along the beach, you can reach the harbour of Moniga del Garda, the lido of Padenghe sul Garda and Desenzano del Garda. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children’s pool. Swimming caps are mandatory. There are two outdoor pools, one unheated and one heated. The unheated outdoor pool has a depth of 1.35 m to 1.80 m. The heated outdoor pool is accessible to persons aged 16 and over and is open approximately from mid-April to mid-October. The water is heated only in spring and autumn. The unheated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone and is open approximately from mid-May to mid-September. During the period when the unheated outdoor pool is closed, the heated outdoor pool is accessible to everyone. Sun loungers and parasols are available in the pool area. In the pool area you will find not only a pool kiosk, but also slides, water cannons, splash and activity fountains.
