Located in the heart of the historic center of Padua, the apartment has been recently completely renovated and is designed to offer maximum comfort even to larger groups: the rooms have only real beds (there are no sofa beds), the kitchen is equipped with every utensil including a modern induction hob and dishwasher, the two bathrooms both have a large and modern shower, the designer furniture matches the precious resin floor, all with the aim of creating a modern and relaxing environment.
The terrace deserves a separate chapter, a space of 50 sqm, equipped with a modern and beautiful pergola that will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the shade of its tent even on sunny days, and why not, have lunch or dinner outdoors in a charming environment. There are many amenities available, including a 48'' TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and a convenient kettle. The noise of the city is almost absent because we are located in an area where traffic (and pollution) are almost nonexistent.
The access to the apartment, located on the first floor, is easy even for elderly people as an elevator is available. Location: we can confidently say that we are at the heart of the historic center of Padua, a few meters from the main points of interest in the city, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. You can reach the famous Pedrocchi café, the central Piazza delle Erbe and della Frutta, the historic University of Padua in 3 minutes on foot, the Scrovegni Chapel in 4 minutes, and the basilica of St. Anthony of Padua and the city hospital in 7 minutes. The train station is not far away, and can be reached in 4 minutes by bus, tram or taxi, with the stop just 80 mt from the apartment. The Padua fair is 1.2 km away, and the Gran Teatro Geox is about 2 km away and is usually easily reachable by shuttle buses or car. The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area, and there are restrictions on the use of cars, which can only circulate with a permit or only during the night hours.
Staying in Padua also means having the opportunity to reach beautiful destinations: the most well-known and accessible ones are the beautiful Venice, reachable by train or car in about 25 minutes, Verona, the city of Romeo and Juliet and the famous Arena where numerous opera concerts take place every summer, located about 50 minutes away, or Vicenza, Bologna, Bassano or Treviso. Especially in winter, don't forget the possibility of spending a few hours in the famous Abano Terme where you can take a bath in one of the many wellness areas with thermal pools, but don't forget to bring your swimsuit!"
